Has anyone been a so called hardgainer with little gains from jelging and stretching , then started hanging and gained rapidly.
Any past experience you guys have had would be helpful, I'm thinking of starting to hang but the idea still scares me a little.

I dont really know if I am either a "hard" or "easy" gainer. I honestly have come to think that very, very few men actually fall into either category. This is after 4 years + of talking to men about this stuff along with my own personal experience. More likely it is based on how motivated you are on reaching your goal, and how driven you are to do your exercises. Based on what you beleive to be the best exercises to reach your goal.

I've seen modest gains from jelqing and very little from manual stretching . Then again, I can usually only stay motivated toward doing manual exercises for very brief periods. Manual stretching is my LEAST favorite type of Penis Enlargement. It just totally turns me off. It's not fun to do. Hanging on the other hand...is not easy by any means, however it for me personally is the preferred type of Penis Enlargement for length gains. It requires more of a learning curve than most any type of Penis Enlargement I know of but, is worth it. You can apply as much or more resistance for much longer periods of time....with no physical fatigue. A big bonus for guys with joint problems in their hands/fingers, or just weak hands.

I have also gained the most so far from hanging . Of my length gains so far...which total 2.25"; an inch of that came from weights. The rest from a mix of jelqing and stretching . Just like manual stretching ...the more you can do (of hanging ) the better. Few guys will gain from hanging on a routine consisting of less than 10 hours a week. At least not in a timely manner. I do my best with hanging when I bust my balls and hang as much as possible per day. My last run of hanging was last year...the middle of the year from the beginning of June to August. In that three months, I gained a solid 3/4" of length . I was however hanging an average of 4 hours total (12, 20 minute sets) time per day 5 or 6 days a week. I'm back at it again for at least six months (see the "six month hang off thread at the top of this forum) and expect to double the gains I saw that last time around.

I was apprehensive with hanging at first. But, after reading so many guys posting positive experiences...and also seeing that I had so many resources....especially if you buy a production BIB hanger (bibhanger.com is chuck full of user info)....and so many guys to ask questions when I needed...(here and on thundersplace)...I took the plunge and am very glad I did so.

Still thanks for the advice. I'm very close to ordering a bib hanger . Hanging might be convient for me since I'm going to be working from home on my computer for the next few months. I;m still a little scared of the idea, but at this point will do anything to gain.
