Does anyone know of maybe a powder that can decrease anxiety. Or a powder that can increase energy? Two seperate thoughts. I have anxiety and I have little energy.

Any CNS (central nervous system) stimulant, such as caffeine, green tea, or even ephedra, will give you a nice jolt and raise your level of alertness and energy. Other than that, I can't think of anything that would be proven beyond doubt to be effective. The RoP would increase your energy leves via increased testosterone, of course, as would any other device/supplement that increases your output.

I can't think of anything besides tryptofan that would work for anxiety. It has a soothing, relaxing effect, and it has been proven to help people who suffer from depression and/or anxiety.

Oh I forgot to say for the energy I would need something that doesn't constrict blood vessals as that would give em a crappy flaccid hang. And some of those things cause anxiety. Tryptofan would be good but it makes you very tired.

Well, in that case I really can't think of anything for the energy increase. You could try a cycle of tribulus terrestris, though. I've had great results with it.

Tryptofan does make you tired, but that's why you're supposed to take it before bedtime- to ensure a peaceful, relaxing night of sleep. The tiring effects wear out once you wake up, but the anxiety relief persists. That's what I've heard, anyway.

I take GABBA for my Tourette's which involves anxiety. It has a very soothing and calming effect. The NO2 I am taking gives me tremendous energy, not to mention rock hard erections. My body fat has dropped to around 10% and I have gained a lot of muscle. I do not take the massive amounts of NO2 recommended on the bottle. Two mid morning works great for me.

Yep, gaba is good stuff, I hear. Forgot to mention that. It gives you weird dreams, though! LOL
