I've come up with a new stragedy that might help me with my Penis Enlargement, and possibly yours too. You're probably reading this because you want to achieve the most from your exercises. I want to start by saying Penis Enlargementing everyday is not the answer, in my opinion, and resting time is actually more important than the time spent with the exercises. I would also like to add that if you disagree with what I'm going to say, that's fine. This is solely my opinion, and the conclusion I can make from experience. As most of you know, I haven't gained anything over the last 10 months. Well, that's mainly because I was foolish, and didn't take the time to fully think about what I was doing. When you do penile exercises, you expand the chambers in your penis to hold more blood. I've come to the conclusion that after breaking down cells and expanding, you need the optimal time for recovery. This doesn't mean take an hour to do your exercises then rest for a week. You can only expand the chambers so much in one session. After your session, you should rest the remainder of the day and the next day. Do not ejaculate, although that's hard for some of you. You need to understand that your body grows during your resting time. Allowing your body 24+ hours to rest will ensure that the recovery process is almost complete. No, protein, L-Arginine, or any other protein synthesis aide will not help. You are expanding the chambers in your penis...filling it with more blood, not tearing your muscles. Some herbs and whatnot that help with blood circulation might help because you have a steady supply of blood to the penis, but I highly doubt it would help you with your gains. Now that we have that clear, let me move on. You should split your routine up. After 4-6 weeks of doing penile exercises, 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) you should stop for the same amount of time (4-6 weeks) After that time frame is up, you should then start from the basics and work your way up to more advanced routines. Since I stopped penile exercises for a while, I noticed that I gained some length. That got me thinking. Why didn't I see it before? How could I have been so stupid. My body got use to what I was doing, so it just wouldn't grow. Even though I changed my routine, it was use to the exercises. Taking a day off in between your exercises recovers the penis, but taking more than a day off will show more benefits than going on 3 days a week. You could possibly do penile exercises 2 days a week (Monday/Thursday) and get good results, but it will take longer. Working 3 days a week will give you gains since the last time you did your exercises. This might be confusing you, but take the time to read this over if it is, and if you have any questions then ask me. I'm sure you'll see better results if you follow this. Try this...do your Penis Enlargement exercises for 2 weeks, 3 times a week, then take 2 weeks off. I almost guarantee that you'll see better results at the end of the 2 week off period than you would if you would've been Penis Enlargementing those 2 weeks. Measure first, then do your 2 weeks on, then do your 2 weeks off, and at the end, measure again. If you do it correctly, and keep your ejaculations down to maybe once or twice a week, you will most likely see better results. Any questions/comments, etc., just ask

I'm of the personal belief...and this comes from my own experience and the experience of some of the best gainers I know of like BIB and DLD......when training for length IE with stretching...the more the better. I've had some of my best length gains during times of constant and extended hanging or stretching. Girth may be another story though.

The main reason I train daily is I need that type of structure to stay involved. My gains are a awesome bonus of daily training if that is indeed the reason. I always tell men to go for 7 on 0 off to start. If this becomes too much you can always back down a day at a time.

this is an interesting idea, and ive heard it discussed before. I do agree with him in part. One thing id like to point out, oldie is in his 40s i believe. I think he would need longer to rebuild cells and chambers than someone like me, a 20 year old. His point is still valid, and I cant say for sure, but i believe i have experienced better measurements after a few days of rest. I dont think i would need more than a week max to fully recoop. I think there is a lot of various ways to approach Penis Enlargement. Light workouts daily, or heavier workouts less often.

the thing we should take away from this post is, if you have stalled on growth for a while, mix it up.

If we are talking girth I argee.

If we are talking lenght I don't ;)

My thinking is with length no rest unless you really need it and with girth workouts more rest is better and less is more. I also pretty much concentrate on one or the other.

I agree. Girth training is much more abusive to the weinie, requiring more rest. But I think length gains need to be kept after, tenaciously.
BTW, I haven't posted at CC since June. I think I've popped in there & lurked twice since then. Between MOS, Big Al's, & other forum, I put CC at a very distant fourth. I consider the time I spent there to be pretty much wasted.

I really appreciate your involvement and support WaxN...Keep up the good work!

I don't agree. I have tried the time off period. With me it just lead to being lazy about my routine. The longer I went in between routines, the harder I found it to keep motivated and make the necessary time to exercise. I soon found myself doing half hearted workouts, 10 minutes or less that were in effect, next to useless. After 4 months of rest periods using an on a on-off cycle, I had stopped gaining all together, I had lost some of my gaines that weren't cemented in and did not feel motivated to do anything more about it. I still struggle with these feelings today as a result. I used my time for other things that I enjoyed doing and gave myself excuses to skip or do a minimal workout. I almost lost interest in continuing all together. It seems to me that this in effect became a nothing more than a maintenance routine for me with no positive growth results and lead to a counter-productive attitude towards P.E. Once you lose the motivation to do something, it's even harder to get it back. If you don't believe me, take a look at something in your life that motivated you and you lost interest for whatever reason, maybe stopped. Did you ever get back to doing it? Today I make a new committment to re-establishing a daily routine. I have joined M.O.S. and am going to start over.

In my case every time when I gained lenght was after an extended period of rest (week or more) that I would usually be forced to take due to injury, blisters etc... So I would definitely agree with Still.
