This is another girth exercise I particularly like. Actually, it is one of TWO girth exercises I currently do during my girth sessions. I do this exercise and the two handed squeeze/modified "horse 440". You start out (preferably youve taken some viagra earlier;)) with a 90% or more erection. Then with an overhand "ok" grip, grab down at the base as close to the bone (pubic bone) as you can. Squeeze it off tight like you would with a one handed squeeze and hold it there for a few seconds. Do a quick (takes a little practice but is awesome when you get it down) release/kegel/re-grip to get a little more blood in and THEN, after you have your grip back tight at the base, pull forward about 1-1.5" and hold it there for about 10-30 seconds depending on how experienced/conditioned your penis is.

That's one rep. I alternate these with the two handed squeezes. If you are doing it correctly, you should ONLY be able to pull your grip forward 1-1.5" due to the tightness of the grip AND the amount of blood in your penis forward of the grip hand. I put as much focus on the sides of my penis with the grip as I can while doing this exercise. This exercise is great for expanding the penis on the sides and the glans and is very intense when done properly. As always, exercise CAUTION!/AUCHTUNG!/PRECAUCIAN! as you would with any other intense exercise. You may experience bleeding from the urethra if you are not carefull when doing these...or any girth exercise for that matter. No big deal though, just blot the blood and it will stop bleeding in a few seconds and then, be more carefull next time ;) I apologize if I have plaguerized anyone's work here by posting this but, you should have posted it first ;)

I have done part one for some time, kegal in and move up the shaft...its awsome. Will try the part 2, hadn't thought of that. I'll give it a try...

Still, this is almost exactly what I've been doing for girth work. I've wondered how much squeeze/travel would be "too much." I can really feel the pressure in the glans, so far have had no adverse effects other than some spots/discoloration. I haven't really been hitting it that hard, but I finally have a decent pump setup and plan to work girth heavily in the near future. I'm determined to get to 7" NBP first, that would be 7 1/2" or a bit more BPenis EnlargementL. On a good day I've measured 7 1/4" BPenis EnlargementL, but not consistent enough to "claim" the gain.

Like most everyone, I really want 8" - 9" or more...BUT, IMHO if you have 7" NBP and 6" girth you're very well equipped.

Sounds a lot like a Uli. I've been doing something similar. I grab at the extreme base and pull up about 1.5" just like swm said. Instead of holding for 15-30 seconds, I quickly move another 1/8-1/4" quickly and take it back to the 1.5" mark. You REALLY feel it, almost like your unit's going to explode. Just use extreme caution with this and make sure you're ready for an exercise like this. I do very few of them as I don't think I can handle much of it just yet.

I got some extreme spots the first time I did it but wasnt properly warmed up. Make sure you're warmed up!

i'll make sure to try this exercise out the next time i Penis Enlargement. sounds like a really intense one :D
