I've been doing the A-Stretch for a few weeks, and I've really been having trouble maintaining the stretch for longer than 8 seconds. The head just gradually slips out of my grip. I'm doing the stretches dry, so the problem isn't added lubrication.
Anyway, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Baby Powder is wonderful for this. Also, you should try doing some glans squeezes before you start stretching and every few minutes while you are stretching . You do these by getting a partial erection 50% or less erect is fine...then squeeze the blood forward into the glans and apply a little pressure to engorge the glans. Hold it for 10 seconds or a little longer and repeat. Do that for a few minutes to give your glans a temporary pump . That will help with your grip. Like I said also use baby powder for an added grip.
this was weird. the other night i was stretching for quite a while with a pretty hard grip around the glans. after I was done, I had this huge swelling underneath the glans on the underside of the penis. Like not actual swelling, but there must've been air or something inside of it. nonetheless it was pretty big! like the size of a chewed gum or something... In the morning it was all fine, but sometimes during exercises I can see this small bulge again where it was before.
Might have to try that glans pumping you mentioned. I too have a problem getting a good grip and usually i grip around the actual glans, and not before it...
