When doing my Penis Enlargement session I came up with this exercise:

1. Work up a 100% hardon
2. Push the penis downwards as far as possible without hurting yourself.
3. While still pushing downward, wet jelq and alternate left and right hand.
Do a kegel inbetween jelqs to increase blood flow.

I asked DLD about it and he said that they're called Angle jelqs and that he did a video on it but never used it because he thought that people might hurt themselves.

And I agree, it's a REALLY intense exercise so don't go breaking your members , you must know where your penis' limits are...

I got really sore (in a comfortable way) after doing these and today (the day after) my dick is hanging really fat!

When doing them I can feel my ligs getting sore like hell but I don't know if it's more efficient for length or girth (or both?).

It sure does, it's been over 24 hrs since I did it and my dick is still really thick and hangs low, still quite sore aswell! This exercise is definitely a keeper! :D

This is a great exercise. Like I told you I do have video somewhere and when I get a chance I will dig it out.
