Last night culminated my 8th day in a row for stretching. I am stretching from 60-90 mins a night with Phase I Stretches, Blasters, and Downward Stretches. My unit hurts right after it, but the feelings of glory overtake the pain. My goal is to hit 8" by May. I am going for 30 straight days of stretching, wish me luck!
 
1/8" of gains in a month? You'll definitely reach it. Keep us updated on how it goes!
 
You need no luck! You will do it if you want it.

Nice man, I'm thinking of doing an hour stretching a day again as well. Also I like your realistic goals. I'm starting to think of more realistic goals for myself to.

Like .25 in length in the next 2 months of hard work. And maybe .25 in girth.

Sidenote: After doing this everyday intense stretching routine, I have noticed a very quick increase in my base width. It is considerable because I can notice it from the bird's eye view angle.
 
Grrr. And I've barely been able to Penis Enlargement this whole week because of being home for Spring Break. Well when I get home next week, I'm whipping old Cyclops into suBathmateission. He'll grow or else!

60-90 mins of stretching - Hydromaxmm...

Continue to keep us posted, this may be a good idea for a shock routine of sorts for all of us to try.

One suggestion from my experience is if you can try to split up your strecthing 15-30 mins in morning and the rest at nite I seemed to get better gains doing this than doing it all at once

I have always done a split routine. I split with length and Girth/Width into 2 separate sessions.

When I wake up the first thing I do is my stretch routine. When I wake up it is easy to stay flaccid and if I am doing BLASTERS I can go to the bathroom at the same time.

Later in the day (usually at night) I do my girth and width routine. I find it easier to get and maintain an erection later in the day.

The reason I split my routine like this is for the mental benefits. I'll explain. When I train length I am in a certain frame of mind. My thoughts need to be dedicated to increased length. When I am doing a downward stretch I imagine myself getting closer and closer to the floor. When I do an upward stretch I imagine myself touching my chin. These simple mental techniques allow for a very productive session.

Girth and Width depend on a completely frame of mind for me. These exercises require sexuality for me. I look at my girth session like someone might look at masturbation. My thoughts are completely sexual and my only goal is to get maximum expansion.

So for me split routines keep me interested since the sessions are not so long. I do not find myself rushing through length so I can get to girth because these happen at different times of the day. My mental frame of mind can be easily specific to the session I am doing.
