Today when I was doing my Blasters I tried getting into the A-Stretch with a thick sweatshirt on. With the sleeves pulled down it made my wrist circumference much thicker which really increased the stretch intensity. Another psychotic idea brought to you by your friendly neighborhood freak:)

I have noticed (was keeping a secret) that if I begin my bundled A stretch sessions with my Power Assist first and them switch to my wrist later on, I get more intense sessions. I'm not sure why switching from the different diameter stretching aids works that way but, it does.

I know what you mean. I like to split my Blaster sessions between my wrist and my Power Assist. I start with bundles and by the time I am doing normal A-Stretches over the wrist I feel so much longer.

I want to believe bundled stretches , bundled length master rolls and bundled Mandingo stretches is the new advance length master exercises. All this exercises I mentioned should be done with the length master only. I believe they can replace all form of A stretch or any form of manual length exercises. They will also yield permanent gains quickly. I'm in the process of making history because these exercises are what I'm doing for a 1 year period.

Yes, the great thing about the LengthMaster is its ability to do every manual stretch with so much more intensity and no slippage. So even a newbie usinythe Newbie Routine could swap out basic stretching and do those same stretches using the LM and gains will be so much faster, so much!
