Am I wearing the Phallosan correctly?

The PhalloGenetics was an awesome modification!

Yeh, but there's still some down sides to using the PF so I'm saving for a Silistretcher (and more sleeves). I'll update my thread on using the PF but have had a few more minor issues. Mainly skin peeling on the glans when only using low to moderate pressure (medium bell) and low to moderate belt tension. Not sure if this means the potential for another blister. Can't use the PF cap as it's too thick and I've cut the end out of the only Silicap I have (at the moment). The whole thing is driving me nuts.

Many people don't use the protection cap. With foreskin you can pull it to the front and then fix it in place with two stripes of waterproof tape (Nexcare, Curad or Asian import).

Yeh, I'm actually cut so that's not an option for me. Good idea though brother. I can't use the protection caps in their normal intended way. I find them too uncomfortable and too restrictive. That's why I modified them to suit my comfort and needs. Seems to be working well so far.

I've switched creams (see my progress post in the PF thread). I think I've managed to stop the skin peel issues.

Have you tried hydrocortisone after each session? This will keep all skin issues at bay.

Hello DLD. No I haven't tried that solution, but the cream I'm using seems to be doing the trick (so far).

Is Hydrocortisone a steroid based cream? I think it might be as I'm sure cortisone is a steroid. Is that the best thing to be using on your most prized possession? Are there any negative (or positive) side effects? Not sure about in my country, but is it over the counter or by prescription is your country?

I once read that steroid injections can help to breakup scar tissue (research because of the scarring/pain from my inguinal heria repair), but, at the same time, weaken other tissues surrounding the same scar tissue. The surgeon recommended not to have steriod injections as it might stuff up the repair. He told me that when he was younger he injured his bicep and it was taking a long time to heal. Foolishly he decided to give himself a steroid injection/s and while things seem to then heal quickly, when he next used his bicep for a serious lift/load his tendon/ligaments snapped and he totally stuffed his bicep (and even surgically it couldn't be repaired).

Would the cream have a similar effect or is the skin unable to absorb the steroid? Would the cream work to loosen very tight ligaments (but on a much smaller scale than an injection)? I have very tight and stubborn ligs and have tremendous trouble gaining length (and basically gaining at all).

Have you or anyone used hydrocortisone on/near ligs and noticed and gains shortly thereafter?

This is very interesting DLD. Thanks for bringing it up. Interested to hear from others surrounding this concept.

The Hydrocortisone we sell is not prescription strength, it is .01% there is no steroid issue due to how weak it is. Prescription strength is very potent and should never be used on your penis. Positive side effects of a weaker version is it takes care of all surface skin issues. Be on the skin and a cut or open wound bacitracin would be the ointment you would want to use.

Ok thanks for the reply and clarification DLD. I didn't realise you sold that type of thing. Good to know. Thanks brother.

Im waking up with a small edema in glans when i sleep with my fake Phallosan, or with my vacuum bell waist. And then this little small bubble appears in the glans, i dont know what it is, but looks like an air bubble, did this happen to anyone else? Any tip or solution to avoid this kind of stuff?

Be sure that you squeeze every bit of blood out of your head before you strap in. Also, if blistering appears do not try to poke or pop them or you will end up with scarring which can lead to desensitization.

Hmm, i didnt know about that. So i just should strap the penis in the most unerected state possible?

How this bubble disappear? With the time? Should i stop bathmate, manual exercises and using extender until this disappear?

I would stay away from girth or erect work while you have a blister. You can stick with flaccid work as long as it doesn’t interfere with the blister. Allow the blister to pop on its own. You can speed this process by using a hot compress. But never ever squeeze or pop a blister or you’ll end up with a scar.

... Oh Shit.
So no Bathmate ?
Only manual stretching?

Until you heal, yes. I’m sorry to say it but you do not want to end up with any scarring and that’s exactly what would happen if you jump into quickly now.
