Alternative to ����������� while training ?

When I'm training girth an erect state is recquired.
So I watch ���� and get aroused then get a good erection.

But I've come really fast against a wall... Every time I look at ���� I feel less and less aroused and my erection keep getting bit harder to get and weaker.

Now it's even worse : ���� is just not enough anymore...I don't even get erection from it except if I stay focused very hard but while I'm focusing on ���� I can't do my exercices to an optimum lvl

I think that my EQ is quite good it's just that I'm someone who feel easily jaded(if it is the word or another way to say it could be "used to something fast and get bored by it")

Does anyone can help me find an alternative or anything that could improve my situation ?
I'm very open minded to solutions ?

I already completly quit ���� 2 years ago and never felt the need to watch again...
I've just recently start "rewatching" some just to make erections easyer(the only purpose was training I wasn't even "fapping" to it so I haven't tried to get orgasm from it), wich it did ! But only for about 2 weeks...
I've never felt addicted to ���� but I knew it was fucking up with my dopamin release

The point I'm trying to say is I can quit ���� whenever I want(wich I'll do from today)

Exercising, diet and possible supplements. Horny Goat Weed is one that could help with erection.
A balanced but variable diet is one of the cornerstones, also for living well, not just for penile health.

I've read Maca works for quite many people, just as you remember to cycle it.
Longjack (Tongkat Ali) has been working for some as well, 5 on, 2 days off cycle for that. Longjack might be tougher to get in good quality compared to Maca.

Butae Superba is supposed to be very helpful as well. I did buy it as powder but haven't taken it internally yet.

Mind exercises and meditation can help. I recall there was a "book" about training your body to react to a certain keyword and physical sensation (cues so to speak of) to produce an erection.

I'll let others have their say as well, this is just a quick notion from me. :)

As it was said ���� is a very slippery slope. If I look at ���� I start with the most innocent thing and before I know it I’m looking at the most pervered crap possible.

And we should not be relying on visual stimulation to get an erection, we should be able to get in erection because we choose to get an erection.

In addition it’s demoralizing and subjugating women in the worst way and sometimes that slips into her own relationships where we expect our partners to act in the fashion of what we look at in ����.

None of us are perfect and we all at one time or another had issues with this so I’m glad you have come to ask questions.
 
I would suggest you think of something that really turns you on, and try to use this when you workout.

It may be an ex, current partner, a celebrity, whatever it is, use it to get the juice going ... I thankfully can do this quite well with practice over the years.

An exercise to try, is to simply get somewhere quiet with no distractions. Be seated, or lay down. You need to be comfortable.

Now, visualize this sexual scene that you know 100% turns you on ... eyes closed, see it in your minds eye .. doesnt need to be perfect, but imagine it .. try to make it very realistic, with sounds, smells, and live it out in your mind.

Dont do anything physical, just perform this task. You may become erect, and in time doing this exercise, that should be happening.

Keep doing the exercise daily, lasting short to begin with, lets say 5 minutes. In the end, you will aim for 20 minutes.

Once you can imagine, visualize a sexual scene in your own mind ... you do not need ���� for penis enlargement. You can simply think about he hot scene in your mind, reply it, and beging the session with it in your mind.

I used to love doing girth work like this looking into a mirror while seated. I had the hot scene in my mind, and while doing the girth work could see my penis in the mirror, while also seeing the scene in my minds eye, and having sex with them using the new penis.

May sound complex, it isn't .. just practice, and you will be thankful, because ����, although in small doses of the healthy legal stuff is good, in too much quantity it just gets stale, and can give a person warped outlook on the world, not to mention, affect the very way they interact with the world on a sexual level.

It will be realistic to the point I wouldn't be able to tell the difference anymore between the reality and my fantasy !

I have partially used the same kind of method without much knowledge, mostly by intuition. It surely works!
PE isn't only physical, it also takes a big chunk of mental work to really make gains.
 
Start developing a strong 'highlight reel'...as Red mentioned, notice every detail of the encounter sight/smell/sound, then lock-it away in your mind that you can access at will. This is all great exercise for your brain...win/win!

What works for me is first of all, the thought that what I’m doing is making my penis bigger but also looking at my penis while I’m doing the exercises gives me great erection quality that rocks as I imagine how long and thick it is looks, imagine using it. We should all have a goal to be able to get an erection visual stimulation, this is a good place to be. But if you still have issues I suggest finding a supplement that will help you like Viagra. I think that a lot of us will make excuses that we need ���� to work out when we truly just want to watch ����. That’s the way it is for me I’m not sure about other people. For me it starts out as a justification the next thing I know I’m looking at the worst thing possible.
 
I am so proud of so many brothers who are making the choice to eliminate ����������� from their workouts. It’s a very tough challenge but as of the brotherhood I know we can come up with solutions. RedZulu has a great solution and his post should be read and taking to heart.

I would suggest try not to masturbate during it, the focus is on the visualization.

Our minds are so much more powerful than a video screen. And I think it’s actually a gain when a man can get erections without visual stimuli. I also agree stay far from masturbation and ����, both slippery slopes.
 
���� in small amounts I think is okay, so long its legal! but, too much is not good for the mind on so many levels. You know, children are accessing ���� nowadays when they shouldn't be, and this can damage how they see the world around them. They will see the world as a sexual playground, which is very destructive.

Moderation in all things! But unfortunately I cannot be moderate when looking at ����? I end up looking at the worst of the worst. In today’s world it’s very very hard to avoid because it’s everywhere and it’s quickly becoming accepted as a normal thing, God save our children!
