K, as u know an experienced member seriously hurt himself from clamping and the way he explains it is in a way in such that he had done the same routine (same intensity) a million times before. So it can happen at any time, no warning when it comes to clamping.

So I am set that hand clamping, SSQs are the way to go when it comes to girth gains =in a safer manner. I think they are almost as effective, rock hard erections, and they warrant less time of putting your penis through such extreme pressure and stress. I think filling up and emptying may be a good thing too (opposed to sustained engorgement that clamping does, just a theory tho).

What do you guys think?

Slow Squash Jelqs are the perfect alternative to clamping. The expansion is awesome. Being able to feel your penis as it expands also helps. As I stated before, I am hard-pressed to create another girth exercise that compares to SSJ, they are what DLD Blasters are to length.
 
Yes SSJs are a great alternative. Its all what the user likes and wants though and like I keep saying knowing your limits. You could still get a nasty injury from doing SSJs and Horse squeezes because your dealing with higher amounts of blood inside the penis and makeing - well forcing it - bigger so yea the chances of injury are always present no matter what Penis Enlargement you do but for me SSJs are a good alternative.
 
slow squash jelqs are great , but what got me hooked on clamping is its so easy compared to manuall girth exersises

SSJ's really aren't that difficult. I enjoy throwing a couple in there between every few Jelqs.
 
I agree BillyMan, when I start jelqing and I start getting hard on myself I will just flip it and use a natural good erection for girth and throw in some SSQ's. Not hard at all, I mean it's not difficult when hard lol LMAO

Easy sometimes is not the best route.

I'm with you on that one big man. It took me a while to get the feel for SSJ's but when I got it the expansion is second to none even better for me than clamping. Every now and then when I am doing a session I suddenly think "ah thats what he meant" just when I get the exercise spot on. Sometimes it takes a while of playing around at different levels of erection and grip but that is the beauty of using your hands as you can feel when you are doing it right.

DLD, does it ever make you feel a little awkward knowing that at any given moment there are several thousand men across the world playing with their fully erect penises thinking of you? LMAO:s
 
alternatives: high intensity jelqing w/ cockring, base squeezes, ssj. But nothing compares to clamping, I expand 3/4mseg inches measured while clamped. Just like redzulu said : Know your limits and you'll be safe, any exercise get cause injury if done too vigorously
