K, as u know an experienced member seriously hurt himself from clamping and the way he explains it is in a way in such that he had done the same routine (same intensity) a million times before. So it can happen at any time, no warning when it comes to clamping.
So I am set that hand clamping, SSQs are the way to go when it comes to girth gains =in a safer manner. I think they are almost as effective, rock hard erections, and they warrant less time of putting your penis through such extreme pressure and stress. I think filling up and emptying may be a good thing too (opposed to sustained engorgement that clamping does, just a theory tho).
What do you guys think?
