Hallu, Lately when i've been stretching i can't hold my stretches more than 20 seconds, I lose my grip or the glands starts to hurt from all the blood, and if i don't get some blood in the glands before i start stretching i have nowhere to grip onto, and i have tried all the methods, toilet paper, leather gloves (?) and other stuff, Anyone have any advise?

Use the stretch aids and just keep stretching . You will get used to it and be able to go for longer stretches . It take a little time to get used to them too.

alrite, i'll try. Is it ok to stretch 10sec release and regrip. 10sec stretch and release and regrip. 10sec stretch again? :) or is it too little time for the stretch to do it's magic?

You can try 10 sec for a while but you need to try to get to 30 I think.

yes I will absolutely try :) the only stretch i can easily get to 30 seconds is the one where you put one leg on a chair or something and then grab your dick from below your leg and stand up straight and feel the stretch , did you understand that one? hehe :)

Hey make sure you keep the area near the head nice and warmed up, it can ease up the soreness you feel when gripping the area and stretching .

(1) Don't squeeze your head. When I stretch , I form a tight "O" with my fingers and catch onto the shaft, just below the head - the rim of the head, actually. So I'm holding it more like a noose.
(2) Do not apply pressure to the area of the penis just below the head, on the top side - avoid that, it's an area rich with nerves. I apply more pressure along the sides of the penis.
(3) Try baby powder.
I think everyone has experienced slippage problems, but the above steps have worked wonders for me.
