I've read what's on the forum here about the VitallusPlus and it seems like a promising idea. On the surface it seems to be priced semi-reasonably (on the expensive end for those of us in the states but about on par with other German products), but like other German Penis Enlargement products (Penimaster Pro, Phallosan) typing in your credit card information the first time is hardly the end of it. Making you continuously buy parts ou can only get from them makes the total cost of ownership over your Penis Enlargement lifetime considerably higher than the initial purchase.

Obviously there's a limit to how cheap you can be with this. I would hope anyone reading this doesn't have to have why using a traditional pump all night is a bad idea. The benefit of the VitallusPlus is that it keeps the pressure in a safe range and automatically shuts itself off after a fixed period of time. Your Mityvac pump isn't going to do that.

However, there are other electronic pumps out there that do this. Right now I'm looking at the DP-4000 from CTC:
http://ctc-company.com/product_info.php?products_id=241

PumpToys also has a digital pump, but it's about $100 more and not available until they find another supplier for parts it needs, so I'm going to focus on CTC here.

Bear with me for a minute. The DP-4000 will run any program you create on your computer, for any time you configure, so you can have it go all night or just an hour or two. The pressure goes 1-15 Hg, so it certainly goes low enough to be viable for this purpose. Yes, it costs more up front, but there are far fewer expenses in the future. This uses standard pumping cylinders, so you could get every size from 1.5"-3" from sellers on eBay for no more than the cost of 2 replacement Vitalus cylinders. If comfort is an issue you could get one of the silicone seals from PumpToys which get nothing but rave reviews. Because you can use acrylic cylinders with it those will never wear out from use, so you will only need to buy more cylinders when your cock gets too big. PLUS you get to use it for its intended dry pumping/stamina training/sexual pleasure (according to their site) purposes during the day.

Because you can design your own custom programs with this, it would give an opportunity for community input to make better sessions. Once a decent night session is established (or even one for experimental purposes) it can be posted and shared, somebody can tweak it to make it even better, etc.

Add a reservoir to the line that comes with your pump anyway and you've got an all night Bathmate on autopilot.

When I say that to myself, it sounds like an awesome idea. What am I missing?

I got a response back from Chris. On the issue of pumping all night with it, he said "I would not advise anyone to use the system or any system over night?" That sounds like a reasonable covering my ass statement for something he probably never considered to me. The way the air is refreshed keeping blood flowing in the DP-4000 sounds an awful lot like what the Vitallus system claims to do.

It will work with any cylinder you want to use on it, including my hugeass VHSPOLY from Yinyangchi.

Pumping wet is a go, just have a water trap in the line.

He said free shipping is all he can do for a MOS discount, which sadly puts it out of my immediate price range :(

There is an approximately 25% decrease in blood pressure by the two hour point of the sleep cycle. So your penis will not be able to withstand that same force as you would while awake. Leading to further constriction of blood flow which is definitely not what anyone wants.

I would try no more than half of a "comfortable" level of force applied while in the normal waking state overnight if you were to experiment with such a thing. Bottom line, there is no way in hell that you will not harm yourself if you attempt to use the same level of force that you do while you are awake overnight. It will just not be possible. (Unless you figure out some way of keeping your blood pressure elevated all night.)

Theoretically, you should have no problem using 70% of the force that you could stand over the same time period at normal blood pressure for the same period of time. First find the level of force that you can maintain for eight straight hours while awake. Then you can theoretically use 70% of that no problem. However, common sense would tell you to start at an even lower level of force than that until you are sure that you make it all the way through the night without damage. It's not anything you are going to figure out in a single try or anything. Everyone is going to be slightly different. But the above should get you thinking on the right track at least.

are there any flexible pumping cylinders out there that may stay on when you move around during night?

I have the DP-4000 and use it every night. i love it

I would not use water in the cylinder. One wrong turn while sleeping and the cylinder looses vacuum and you will need to change the bedding.

very good post. Is the DP thing loud? I have been thinking about the all night pump but do not want to get a vitallus thing that has a flimsy cylinder I have to replace every month. The DP sounds good because you can custom your settings, cylinders and everything else. So even if you cannot pump all night because of fluid build up, circulation problems blah blah, you can still make an alternative workout plan and ultimately make use of the money invested in the DP thing!

I also have a DP-4000. It's a nice device and all but there is a limit to how much you can pump in a session before you get a ridiculous amount of fluid retention. Also I don't really see the benefit to cycling the pressures.

Also beware that if you fill a cylinder (easily done with 1+ hour of pumping) it will force the pressure normalization through the only exposed surface which will be the head. This can quickly form blisters even with no change in pressure. So it's not something I would do without monitoring it.

I still use it, but mostly because I can attach it and not have to dick around too much with a seal and pump to get the right pressure. And also I can kegel and reverse-kegel and it will automatically normalize the pressure spikes.

Coolness aside, the Bathmate is a better mousetrap in my opinion.

maybe the fluid build up and head blisters are eliminated by the compression sleeve? I for one have no idea and absolutely no experience with pumping, I only ask because the all night pump is being sold as just that! Like an ADS except the pump is almost the same pressure as you would use for a quick session. If you where to get blisters after 30mins then every single customer would be returning their product and that would make their business useless. I must admit that everything leads me to think they have combated the water retention and blisters issue (must be the compression sleeve). Anyway it is food for thought for the vet pumpers and I am surprised about the lack of enthusiasm, maybe I am missing something?

I blistered twice. I gotta find my device to verify the numbers but I recall somewhere around 7'ish of negative pressure. Both times where when I went long enough to where the shaft contacted the tube sides. At that point, you will feel more pressure at the tip and it can pull blisters. So it's about finding your pressure limit and also being aware that certain circumstances, such as filling the tube will cause a more acute reaction.

Funny thing is that I was watching like a hawk the second time I blistered. Doesn't take long, just a couple of minutes at the wrong pressure. Not that big of a deal, about a week to absorb the water blister.

So is that an agreement? the sleeve + the lower pressure would eliminate blisters? Or would lower pressure also equal no gains!? If you don't mind my asking how long have you been pumping and have you gained?

Eliminate blisters? I am the wrong person to ask since I just made some small ones this morning LOL.

I am having to search my emails to remember when I got my first air pump. It has been a number of years. In one year at least, I used it daily for at least an hour, and at later times just on occasion. I have the second stage also (penis+balls) which I didn't use as often but still a lot.

No measurable gain in length, but girth and shape is completely changed. I was hoping for length increase also, but it was still worth it to get symmetry and a fuller cylindrical shape.

I'm no Mr Wizard so I am not sure how a compression sleeve would work in vacuum. I suppose if all air between penis and sleeve were gone it could act as more of a tug than expansion.

Anyways though to answer questions regarding gains. I started @ 6.25" BP and got to about 7.5" BP in about three years of jelq. Then I sat at same (or within 0.25") length for about six years of hanging, air pump, manual stretches. Finally gaining length again with these modern extenders, bless them.

Sounds a bit dangerous, especially for me. I'd be all tangled up, not to mention, I'd have trouble hiding my progress at work. :)

Thanks for your answer TMJ! I am only now discovering the benefits of jelqing and wish I had not ignored them during my 1st Penis Enlargement days..

Another question for yourself and perhaps other pumpers, how strong is a -3hg pump? as in for someone who has never pumped I need an idea of gauging what's up with my pump and here's why: I purchased the all night pump talked about in this thread last week friday and received it yesterday morning (so very quick considering the cylinder and sleeve is custom made and coming from germany to the uk). Anyway it looks very well built and I was initially impressed. It does not work at all though haha! I made sure everything was secure and followed instructions but the electric pump seems to have a super super light suction (almost negligible). I am pretty sure that is the problem and have already e-mailed the company with my query.

Just thought to double check with pumpers on here as to what a -3hg vacuum should feel like. I do not have a gauge so cannot check!

-2 is pretty much barely attached. I start there to adjust my sack for a few seconds and then transition to -3 which is pretty minimal. Maybe a minute or two there and bump to -4 and -5, and then back down to -3 to begin the cycle again. You will need to be shaven around the base and/or use a bit of lube along the rim to get a good seal on a tube without an integrated seal.

If you have never pumped I would take it easy and try to figure out a good metric to use consistently. Don't try to build it up all in one setting though it is tempting. What you want is a consistent routine, which will add perhaps one drop of capacity per session.

So how does yours not work. Makes sound but no suction?

Thanks TMJ.. Basically yes it makes a sound and barley any suction. However from what you are saying maybe it works but I'm not getting the seal right. It is not adjustable and just stays on -3hg constantly (or that is what it is supposed to do). The thing is I cannot imagine the suction being enough even if I got a perfect seal, as in it just feels like a 'light breeze' inside the tube. If that make sense!?

i bought this vitallisplus when it first came out over a year ago i think it was, i didn't last long with it before it gathered dust, i bought it with the intension to wear it while sleeping

i couldn't do it, it was like sleeping with a tent sticking out your body, but worse than that for me was the tube has such a thin lip, it would cause great discomfort to the ball sac

over a period of hours it slowly gave me sac burn, couldn't get any sleep rendering the device useless for me.
