Advanced Stretching with the LengthMaster

This is a video of me using my lengthmaster performing and explaining stretches that I have adapted from the newbie routine.
I started with the newbie routine at 30 seconds per stretch in each direction which is a standard starting point and after that I upped the duration to a minute, after that I experimented with some of the movements shown in the video upping the duration to three minutes per stretch which I am currently doing .
If you have a LengthMaster and you have been using it for some time and you would like to mix things up to change the intensity a little then please give these movements a try.
Hope this can help out some of my fellow brothers who have a LengthMaster or encourage people to buy one as it really is an awesome pice of equipment , you will not be disappointed . I have personally gained just under 1/2" BPFSL since buying mine at the end of October.

Wrapping for the LengthMaster

Below will be a link to a video of how I wrap for the LengthMaster, for me it's comfortable and ensures optimal grip so I can use considerable force for long periods of time. I have used a few different ways to wrap since owning my lengthmaster and this is the one I have settled with.
If you already own a LengthMaster and have any issues with comfort or slippage then maybe this method will help you. If you are thinking about purchasing a LengthMaster then you would be making the perfect investment in your length gaining needs and having a comfortable way to wrap will fast track you on your journey.

Edit- in the video I contradict my gains with the LengthMaster, at first I say a gain of 1/2 " and the a gain of a 1/4". To clarify this I gained the 1/2" in total since owning the LengthMaster since October, I gained the 1/4" in 30 days for the " keeping up with Rocky " competition.

Hope that clears that up.

90 secs each stretch BTC,DOWNWARDS,OUTWARDS,UPWARDS 3 different directions each...feels ok

Are you doing this in a constant movement between each position?

mm kind of moving a bit to the left center right etc but keeping the starting position as a reference....

Try starting from straight out first with enough tension without discomfort and begin to move all the way to the left , when you reach you leg crank the handle on it and then move back to the centre then to the right leg repeating what you did on the left leg. Continue to do this for the time duration you have chosen to work with.
Repeat this movement from a up position starting in the center and moving one again to the left, crank , and back to centre then to the right and crank. Always maintain the tension.
For downwards just imagine a pendulum! Keep the tension high.

Excellent video, this gives so many instructional cues it should be on a DVD! Excellent video!

Thank you very much DLD, hope it helps out some of the Brothers who own a LengthMaster and hopefully inspire some brothers to see the light and get one.

See the light indeed! Eventually every Brother will see the light and get a LengthMaster, it is the most useful tool in PE length work and we made it!
