Ive been clamping all day for a few weeks now.What I do is get semi erect and kegal a few times then clamp down,Not too tight nor loose.The problem is that after an hour or so my penis gets a heavy fluid build up{looks like my dick is pregnant,puffy in the middle].Is this normal or what, if not what can I do to solve this problem,Thanks.
