I'm going to be aiming for the golden 8+ inches. Specifically 8.5 BPEL and at least 5.5 EG.

Days: Everyday

Stats before old routine:

7.5" BPFSL
4.75" EG
7.0" BPEL

Updated stats:
8.0" BPFSL
5" EG
7.75" BPEL


New Year Routine:

Starting Pics:
4.75 EG base head
5.00 EG mid-ish shaft
7.75BPEl (looks above that but I can confirm its less, picture looks funky because i sized them down from their original size)

Months 1-5 is conditioning (use 70% strength on stretching exercises because they're done for long periods)
Months 6-12 is gain momentum (use 100% strength on stretching because shorter time but rest inbetween)

Goals: 8.5 BPEL, 5.5 EG, 5.5 EG (head)

I'm back and I'm more serious than ever. Today starts the official day to log and check every day! HERE WE GO!
My routine now:

Stretches 3 Sets:
Up
Down
Rotary cranks
Left
Right
Rotary cranks
Straight
Bundles
Behind the cheeks


Hanging 2 sets:
Hang weight for 20 minutes then rest and restore blood for 10 minutes



Girth:
Jelqing 15 minutes
Erect squeeze 12 minutes, 30 second rest every 1 minute
Erect bends up down left right 30 seconds (3 rounds)
Uli 10 minutes

I have had ups and downs but its time to get serious

Current Stats:
7.5 BPFSL EG 4.75
7.0 BPEL
Good starting stats kyomoto, they are almost identical to mine!! Let's try and get to that 8" mark together bro, one step at a time. I am hoping to reach 7" nbpel within 2-3 months and hopefully 8" bpel by the end of 2016.

Those aren't my starting stats lol. Before I started PE I was 5.5 BPEL and 4.5 EG
Other than that, sounds great man lets do it!

All done manually??! Nice work...if you're considering getting any tools, I've had great success w/my BM (but only after I modded it w/the VV)

haha i started there too now things are a bit different...ive been feeling a bit sick n i havent exercised in a week,would like to resume my sess today!!:phehe

From 5.5BPEL to 7.0-7.5 BPEL *note I was 7.5BPEL but after i took a break it went downhill fromt here. My real BPEL is supposed to be 7.5 but I've been lacking lately so right now it's 7.0

But to answer you, for those 2 inches I had worked 2-3 months of just basic stretching and jelqing in hot showers on a 2 on and 1 off day routine.
After that I increased the duration of the stretches to 1 minute.
At this point i gained 0.5 inches

Then around the point of 6-8 months I did side to side stretches + the basic stretching routine. The side 2 side stretch was a big step for me because i had to do it for 100 reps or 200 or something. At this point I excluded jelqing (bad choice).
I gained 0.5 inches from that

At 9-11 months I used expressive stretching and internal stretching to get the rest of that 1 inch. I basically added erect stretching , bundled stretch , and mandingo stretch . The duration of each stretch was at the 1 minute 30 second mark for each except the mandingo was done for 10 minutes, erect stretching for 10 minutes and bundled was done for 1 minute after each basic stretch .

Overall 11 months

Yes all manually except the hanging . I have the Lengthmaster but due to slippage i cannot proceed with it even with proper wrapping , its so frustrating. I've came up with the idea to use the LM sideways and it worked for a while but it stopped working. I need to do more girth work for my head so it doesn't slip.

You have to get back on it man! 1 week is too long, i've taken longer and regret it so much, I could've had potential gains by then!


Im still a bit ill,but i have to start ASAP besides i have been wearing the PF almost everyday i have broken most of the sleeves i still have two left...n im using a tight one :) n i can really feel the stretching :)

Yeah. I try to enjoy it by watching some videos as I do these sessions. I'm still focused though. I'm focusing on getting bigger glans at the moment and length gains.

Well with this new one i've started, its taking me almost 3 hours. I finished calculating and its 2 hours for just stretching and 42 minutes for girth work, so 2 hours 42 minutes for 1 whole work out. But length sessions itself is 2 hours.

Damn bro, those are some long ass sessions! Usually I do anywhere from like 20-45 minute length sessions then spend time in either my extender or my ace bandage. I am going to have to step up my game lol :)

Yeah it gets annoying having to spend that much time but in the end it's worth it

Ya I can see how that can get annoying, but like you said it will all be worth it in the end! I am going to start going to bed earlier and waking up earlier so I can get a better session in the morning. In that first 2-3 months when you gained that .5", how long were those length sessions?

My length sessions at that time were around 20-30 minutes. One big factor that really made me gain was the use of heat. You know how you apply heat for your warm up for five minutes? Well I used to do that every night in a hot shower and do my routine inside with the hot shower . I think that helped me gain quickly because heat is a factor and makes your dick very malleable. I do recommend applying heat to your penis constantly as its a good thing to get a better stretch . It definitely is all worth it in the end.
