i just wanted to throw this off you guys, and i dont know if its a repost, but i really think this could explain some things.
imo, connective tissue such as the tunica when consistently broken down and expanded without enough time to heal and adapt will actually grow back closer to its original form but tougher. so...
this goes along with the idea that increasing the time you jelq will yield gains.
true, but...
these gains can be minimal and come over a longer period of time.
so...
jelqing for the same intense amount of time consistently while allowing sufficent rest between EACH session will yied gains quicker because...
the tissue is allowed to adapt and heal in the larger size without getting tougher.
this would explain....
"newbie gains" leading to overtraining and no gains.
people gaining from increasing very very (channel7's uncle) long and intense frequent sessions.
so whats the point?
maybe it doesnt take as much work as we think. maybe we are just strengthening the tissue of our penis rather than specifically enlarging.
so...
routines that encompass 3 or 4 days of girth work or jelqing with rest days inbetween should allow gains to develop quicker with "less" work.
this also applies to stretches involving the tunica since you creating the same effect on the tissue. maybe not every other day, but lighter sessions everyday. if you stretch other areas of your body (also involves mainly connective tissue, not muscle tissue as one might think) as much as you do the tunica your flexibility would develop very slowly and probably hurt you really.
now im not saying this the holy grail of theories, just an idea that i think makes sense and have applied to my routine, and well see if it works. its just that i think we are advocating an ideal of overtraining, again i really think that prinicples we apply to connective tissue elsewhere in the body can be applied to the penis for enlargement.
