Hey!

So I have been using LM to stretch my unit combining with manual stretching routine. When all exercises are done, my unit looks swollen but it doesn't hurt and when I press my unit it feels sore and it looks kinda big. I am wondering am I heading the right path? I also wear an ADS with VLC tugger for an hour. My goal is to increase in length.

What is your exact routine, how long are you in the LengthMaster, what stretches are you doing, how many sets, etc. With the LM you are headed in the right path, let me hear your routine.
 
Sure DLD. I'll be glad to share with you my routine. It's just a routine that I come up with after doing researching on your forum. I want mostly length so my routine will base on exercises that will help me to increase length.

Equipments that I make using in my routine:
-Sizegenetics with VLC tugger
-The LengthMaster
-Obviously my hands ^_^

So in short the routine looks like this:-
-Masterbating
-Hot Shower (Warm up)
-Loop of the LM
-Helipcopter
-DLD Blasters
-LengthMaster
-Helipcopter
-DLD Blasters
-Normal Stretching
-Warm down
-Sizegenetics

This is my routine and I do this in order:

Masterbating (so i won't get erection later on while stretching my penis)

Hot shower (Warm up)

Using loop of the LengthMaster (looks similar to Power Assist)
-Insert my penis through the hole then pulling it against the loop. (I pull upwards, downwards, left and right direction. I pull 30 seconds for each direction and do this for 3 sets)

Helicopter (turning clockwise and anti-clockwise 10 times)

DLD blasters (each rep for 30 seconds and 3 sets)

LengthMaster.
-Bundle twist
-Direction pulling from upwards, center and downwards. Each direction I bundle it right first then left and pull it for 30 seconds and do 3 sets of this.
In my opinion, I think LM gives me the most intense exercise among the others. When I bundled my penis to the right and start pulling it with 30% to 40%force, it gave me this kind of burning sensation like very hot (Hope it doesn't bbq my penis while pulling it :p) and I can't apply full force into it. If I do it start to hurt.

Helicopter again.

DLD Blaster (2 sets. Each rep 30 seconds)

Pulling my penis upwards (30 seconds)
Pulling my penis center (30 seconds)
Pulling my penis downwards (30 seconds)
Pulling my penis behind my ass (30 seconds)

Finish it off with a warm down then attach Sizegenetics with VLC tugger.

I just finish doing this routine and takes me approximately 30 minutes. Now my penis looks thicker and reddish. Is my penis suppose to be in this state after pe session?

After that much work it should be purple! Wow, incredible routine, I think this will be perfect. The redness and swelling is very normal. I really am amazed at how well you put that routine together, not too many guys make those steps. Well, what will prove it is gains, so lets get you making some big size gains!
 
Thanks DLD. I am experimenting with this exercises and I have faith that it will increase my length. If it does bring gain, I would love to share this with my other fellow brothers of MOS :)

There are many exercises can be found on your forum and most of them are pretty good and I believe it will increase length and girth but I can't do all of them at once as there's not much privacy for me so I pick a few of the exercises which I think it's best suit me. Also, Hiding Penis Enlargement devices are hard. Good thing Sizegenetics come with a beautiful box with a magic key LOL and VLC tugger rocks with SG. Before it was very uncomfortable to wear the SG extender but after getting the VLC tugger, I can't really feel anything when my penis is attached to the SG. All I can feel is the base of the SG and no numb/cold head so it's awesome and when all exercises are done. I use the uncle jim strapping method. I wrap it with ACE bandage and go to sleep.
 
Wow! I think this routine is very intense! I started this routine on the 21st september (first day) and I continue doing the same routine for the second day. On the third day, my penis is super sore especially at the base although erection is still going good but decided to take the third day off. I will continue the next day.

During my healing process, I strap on my Sizegenetics extender from 4 to 6 hours. I first apply it on a light tension then later on increase it. When I take off my Sizegenetics extender, I quickly wrap with ACE bandage (Uncle jim strapping method) then go to sleep. I use UJS method till the next workout. Now my penis looks longer and thicker in flaccid state.

I have order the ROP from supra. Hope it will come soon. It will be a great tool to add to my routine.

Excellent Rayz! I can see you have read up on SRT and your workout plan looks very smart! Let us know what you think of the ROP when it arrives.
