Hi everyone,

I really hope to get some advice here.

My flaccid length is 1" and erect length almost 4".

Girth is just a little thicker than my thumb.

What are the methods to gain length and girth for someone like me?

Any advice/help is appreciated.

Hope to hear from people who were in the same situation as me.

I would say start with dlds newbie routine for sure. You are going to want to target length first because it is definitely going to be a little easier with your current girth. Once you've achieved the length you're after, which may include some girth gains along the way, switch focus to just girth.

There's a lot to learn here but the newbie routine is a great gateway into all this business. It's found stickied in the newbie section.

I started whit a 5.2 or something and i understand what are you feeling right now, now im 7 BPEL after years of trial and error, breaks and lots of obstacles to deal whit..If you follow a routine if you are disciplined and dtermined to gain you will gain both girth and lenght, I sugesst you to start whit the newbie routine and check the SRT routine. they are going to help you out besides if you have the money to get a device like the lenghtmaster you should get it. The routines are about stretchings jelquins kegels check them out and you will see. You will gain bro!!
 
i would try to get as many erections as possible and jelq and do ulis. you need the bloodflow and it will give both length and girth. if you feel you have a true micro penis it might be worth getting an appointment with an endocrinologist. bloodwork can be expensive but at least you will know whats going on inside your body.

I also would recommend getting some bloodwork done at some point. Though I have made consistent PE gains over the years, it seemed like an awful lot of work. I'm a very hard gainer, and this is possibly in part due to low testosterone levels. My serum testosterone level is 283. I suspect that if you start from a good hormone balance that you can follow through with quicker PE gains.

I went to a "wellness" place which specializes in hormone replacement to analyze my bloodwork and it was well worth it to get some medical opinions. I've actually been to a couple of these types of clinics, and I kinda dig this last one because of how festidiously they looked at my labwork. Covered by my insurance so only cost me the $20 copay. They are helping me get to a good hormone balance with a "one thing at a time" approach.

As for exercise. Jelq is good stuff. I had a razordick to start, very skin & bone. Jelq exercise conditioned it to be more vascular/meaty as well as gain a bit of length.

and yes if you commit time and energy you can grow your penis.

and people see some amazing results from the beginner routine.

also if i may suggest.

if you have a fat pad (excessive fat right above the base of the penis)

it works wonders to lose some body fat. as that can give you size aswell (depending on your current body fat levels of course

You gain length and girth in exactly the same way any other guy with a penis did. There's no difference. The only thing is, you're starting from farther back so you have to be that bit more determined to see it through. You should. You literally have more to gain. You are going to change your life. And congratulations for having the balls to begin doing so.

I came from below 5" and miserable girth to 7" x 5.5" in about a year. But you have to do the right things. Every day. No excuses. I had a lot to lose by not doing it, so the fire was under me driving me to improve results the whole time.

Things that a lot of ppl starting don't get:

you may have to use more force than you imagine - your penis is tougher than you think
having said that, the point isn't to cause injury - the point is to activate growth, through increasing and holding more blood flow

Don't skimp on duration, you have to do things for a minimum duration of time, ideally to the point close to when it would cause damage but not reach that point or go beyond it

HEAT, heat is key before and after your training session. Doesn't make sense, but trust us. IT IS.

Sleep in bed with a thick duvet on you and ideally a source of heat to warm your groin. You want to keep it warmer than usual, but don't wear heavy pants or anything, you want it to have plenty of space to move and get hard in the night.

You should be sore for the first month or two - don't be frightened if you lose the capacity to get hard, this is what can happen when you begin to stretch your structural ligaments through stretching.
You must stretch your ligaments if you want your penis to increase in length. Else it will take years.


This is a point of division in PE but don't ejaculate while training. Depending on your age this can be more key. When you ejaculate your body is using up a large mix of compounds that are required to drive male sexual function. So if you don't know how to supplementing or eating a really fucking athlete-class balanced diet, keep ejaculation to twice a week.
Keep sugar, wheat and rice to a minimum, or avoid them completely. Especially in the last 2 hours before bed because your body processing the compounds in those foods can impede your Human Growth Hormone release when it is highest: in the night.
And if you are impeding your body's production of HGH how else do you plan to get your penis tissues to get the signal to grow?

I would say those are the bare minimum to stick to if you want to see results most rapidly.

I agree with Jake here. I want to also add that you do not have micro-penis, micro-penis is any penis that is less than 2" erect, making it impossible for intercourse. At 4" you do fall below average by an inch and a half but the good news is this is the gains most men make in their first 6 months here. To answer your question about the BathMate, with your size I would suggest a Hercules.

I just resumed PE recently and realised that red, bloody spots started to form at the head of my penis.

Do I continue jelqing even with those red spots or should I continue?

I tried resting a few days to see if the red spots will appear again and indeed, the red spots started coming back again.

Has anyone encountered such a situation before?

This has probably happened to all of us at some point or another. It's just some blood vessels (small ones) that ruptured. It just means your going just a little bit harder then your penis is ready for yet. They will go away on their own within a few days. Try taking 24-hours off just to rest and then get back to PE. Nothing to worry about with this.

You are going to get some red spots during jelqing, SSJ's or pumping. Just back off the intensity a little bit and you can keep going.

From what I've heard micro is at least 2.5 in less than "standard" so is 5.5 is average it would be less than 3 in

yes its natural......also dont get extender....buy PF...its PERFECT for small penis guys....

I find different measurements from various sites. What the insurance does say is if the penis is too small to procreate than they are deemed micro-penis in which case they can pursue PE products through their doctor, you could also elect to go for surgery which too would be covered by insurance.

When I looked it up it also said the average erection was 5 inches, that's good news lol. Maybe it's even less than we though. I'm sure it's somewhere between 5 and 6
