Advice for Abnormally slow Length Gains

Would you mind explaining the use of each kind?
Definitely.

Or be able to direct me to a past post about that?
By answering over and over again, it helps me to find my mistakes. No worries.

Silisleev2:
The silicone filler is slightly less, where the hardener is slightly more. The filler material is what makes the sleeve softer, more pliable. This sleeves specifically used for accommodating your expansion needs inside the pump. It also being used as part of the ADS providing one level higher of comforts. The only thing is not provided is the thickness as the thickness cannot be measured perfectly on every batch. Mine measured at 6mm. The rigidity is around 650g to 720g.

Of course, you can also find the product info here:

However, when you're using the SiliSleev5, there are hidden bonuses. Since the SiliSleev5 has higher filler materials, the hardener also increases. This makes the walls or thickness much higher. The thickness of the SiliSleev5, for my batch anyway, it's 9mm. It can be at 8 and up to 10mm. The two I have has a traction retention force of 830g and 940g. This is a perfect sleeve for durability that can be used with the ADS. Rigidity means tougher durability. It lasts longer under traction tension for the ADS. If you use it for just post lengthening routines, it's perfect to keep the penis nice and elongated without the muscles of the weight trainer to put it on, even for the smaller diameter sleeves. It's flexible to crank it wide open. The only problem is, the longest one is 8in long. For those who have 9in to 11in long penis, you have to double it up, or overlap it. But when you have 11in long penis, well, not sure what your true intention in PE is anymore. A missiles of mass pussy destruction?

DuroSleevs measured to have a thickness of 10mm and 12mm. However, the filler is a different blend. The wall is crazy hard. The smaller diameter one measured up to 1600g, but the larger diamter measured around 1135g. Once again, the optimal is around 1200g-ish. So, a nice loose diameter DuroSleev is your ultimate choice for keeping things elongated, using the THERABAND round the base of the glans to prevent the glans from sliding the DuroSleev, or any other sleeves.

Sorry for all the questions, but I guess I'm still confused as to what Silisleev to get. You gave a lot of detail that I didn't even know existed and I think I'm more confused than before lol.

There's the 2, and then there are three kinds of the 5 (hardness 2, hardness 5, and hardness 10).

Then there's the sizing (I attached a screenshot of the size list). The length makes sense to me, but is the width measurement for the size of the opening for the penis to enter the sleeve, or is it the width for the thickness of the wall of the sleeve?

All I want at this point is to stay elongated all day and to wear a Silisleev while I sleep. I don't need anything else at this point, no need for hanging or pumping yet. Which ones would be best for those goals of all-day elongation and wearing to sleep? Please help!

Let's keep it simple.

What is your current elongated length after you do your lengthening routines And possibly after your girth routines? That is what you aim for the length and diameter of your sleeves to wear in comforts.

For day time, hardness of 5 is perfect. For extra comforts, hardness of 2 is good.e

We all think about this every time, and every time, wearing while we sleep and not able to check up on the penis, damages and dangers creep up when we are not aware and cannot feel because we are under deep sleep.

Yes, you can wear it all night long if you want. Cautions must be at an all time high. It means you must not cause constriction on your penis. You must allow at least 80% blood flow for your penis at all time. You cannot cause blood pooling greater than two hours even when your blood flow is at 80% of the time. You cannot cut or pinch your blood vessels and nerves, creating pain and numbness greater than 20 minutes. The list goes on and on for night time wearing. If we thought it was that simple, we would encourage night time wearing as well

My current BPEL is 5.94 inches. I haven't taken a BPSFL measurement since January, but I'd assume is slightly over 6.00 inches. So I'm thinking I'll only need a 4 inch long Silisleev.

I'm only doing a length routine at this point, no girth work until I reach my length goals. I'll try a 5 hardness first and try a 2 hardness if I don't like it. And you, plus my coach, have convinced me not to wear anything while I sleep. The risk seems to high.

However, the width measurements don't make sense to me. My BG is 4.25 inches, but the Silisleev widths come in 3/4 in, 7/8 in, and 1 inch. I'm not sure what to make of that.

I'm thinking of getting the width of the Silisleev to be slightly larger than my BG so that I can have room to wrap a TheraBand first. Thanks for your help and patience, @oldandlively!! I appreciate it greatly!

That's a bad mindset. Even if your BPEL is 6in, get 6in or 6.5in, or longer if there is longer ones. Why? You can always cut shorter but double stack to make it longer is a greater pain.

Yep. Don't sleep with it on.

4.25in is the circumference measurements. The 3/4in, 7/8in, and 1in is the diameter. Yes, the circumference for the sleeve is at 3.14in if the diameter is only 1in.

However, your flaccid is not 4.24in. You flaccid is always around 1/3 the size of your erected size. At times, 1/4 the size. Do measure the flaccid size.

Sounds like a plan. Measure 10 times, buy 1 time.
