Advice for Abnormally slow Length Gains

Hey guys,

I'm about 8 months into training. I've only done length work so far, and plan to keep doing that until I reach my length goals. I know this is a slow process that takes years, but my length gains seem to be abnormally slow. I started doing DLD Bundled Blasters on May 14. I recently measured on August 14th. I had only gained about 0.25 inches. Here is a list of my gains:

Started training w/ beginner routine - Jan. 9th: BPEL 5.3 in
Began DLD Blasters - May 14th: BPEL 5.69 in
Still doing DLD Blasters - Aug. 16th: BPEL 5.94 in

I have a coach (who is awesome) and he said I'm gaining too slowly, but I don't know why. I aim to do DLD Bundled Blasters twice a day. I use a LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging. I pull very hard. I do them for 24 minutes per session, stretching each direction for 2 minutes. I wrap up with a bandage immediately after to stay elongated, and I stay wrapped for at least 6 hours every day.

Now, there are days when I can only get one session in, but this does not happen often. Also, there were 4 days from May to August when I could not do the DLD Blasters (I was out of town for work). So in total, I should have done 180 sessions (2 sessions per day for 3 months) It would be safe to say I've missed about 20 sessions. So that means I've done about 160 sessions out of the 180 that were possible in that time frame. That means I did about 89% of the sessions I planned to... Sometimes life just gets in the way.

Is this the culprit, or am I missing something else? Does anyone have advice as to why I'm gaining so slowly and how I can correct it?

Sounds like your coach is leading you properly and you are doing what it takes to progress forward. Everyone needs one step further and level higher after the 6th month.

As it has been discussed, when we do manual stretches using our own muscles, there are cap limits of how much our own strength can take us. Some have phenomenal responses just using manual methods. Some need a great intensify pushed after the 6th month using mechanical assist using tools like the LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging, all day stretcher, or traction devices.

All bodybuilders can do the same thing, but their growth is completely different. Some have to push harder than the others, and some just grow like a mountain on natural steroids. Let's discussed on mechanical assistance into the routine with your coach.
 
You are on the right side of gaining. Stick to what you are doing. Increase intensity as you can

yeah those 20 sessions missed delay your gains,
ditch the coach, you dont need it
just be consistent and be creative
 
Slow and steady wins the race! Pretty sure from Jesus… or MLK… IDK. Just find your rhythm and stick to it. Time is your friend.

I thought missing sessions might play a factor. It's just hard to tell how much. Would I have gained .33 inches instead of .25? Who knows, you know? But I intend to miss as few sessions as possible moving forward. But life happens so I won't get down on myself if I do. That's just a ticket to quitting and I'm not interested in that. What I don't intend to do is walk away or take extended time off.

And I'll be keeping my coach for sure. I don't really have the time or motivation to figure out what works and what doesn't, or to develop a routine. I also don't understand a lot of this stuff. But I do have the time and motivation to follow a plan that I know will work because it's been developed by a veteran who has made gains on their own. Being completely clueless and listening to a coach has gotten me gains. I don't intend to change that up now. It might be a tad irresponsible to blindly trust people, but I got lucky and found a good coach so there's no risk to my health and I've already seen the results for myself. The fact that PE is even possible is enough for me. Just 9 months ago I thought it was impossible just like almost all other men

Find your routine for your schedule. Pull harder and twist more over time. Get a sleeve or wrap. That’s it. Just be careful with yourself. Work on you.

Right now I stay wrapped/elongated with an elastic bandage. It doesn't create a stretch, but it keeps me long. Do you think that's okay, or would you specifically recommend something else?

As a motivation to keep you going, I will say that PE is conceptually harder than growing a muscle at the gym, since the latter is supposed to grow, while your dick isn't.

Meaning that experiencing gains with a PE routine is already an amazing achievement.

Personally my progression at PE exercises is optimizing intensity, especially maxing out variantions and pushing towards harder ones, maybe it can help you too.

Wrapping and sleeves are good to keep the elongation process cemented for flaccid. But to promote growth, an active elongation routine for length is a must. As everyone said, increase in intensities in a progressive manner and maintain disciplined on the routines without letting up. Wrap and/or sleeve wearing after each routine.

So what I'm doing is good then? Since LengthMaster is an active elongation/stretching routine? I do that and then wrap with a bandage, which is passive elongation. So all my bases are covered? Or is there a better way to do wrapping/passive elongation?

There are many more, which involves higher tension extender style. Passive wrapping produces around 400g to 600g of traction. At times, when you wrap tightly or with a harder sleeve assist, you can get to 800g of passive traction. The all day stretcher or traction devices get you to 1500g and higher, creating constant mid traction after your active intense stretching routine.

There are a few different sleeves in the MoS store. Which ones are the best for passive elongation/staying elongated all day? I don't want an active stretcher, just something to keep me long throughout the day

SiliSleev2 is good enough for now. Make sure to grab some THERABAND. Why? It acts as cushion, cover, and an anti slippage if the sleeve becomes looser after certain amount of hours.

Why the 2 instead of the 5?

The #2 is less thick than #5. #5 is great for extender as the thicker wall allows longer durability under tensions using all day extender. If you just use the sleeve for keeping elongated, #2 is good enough.
 
I'm not sure which I should use. Would the #5 help to gain a bit faster? Or is it more of a "whatever feels better for you" kind of thing between the #2 and #5?

If I must decide, it's not about one over the other. There are uses for both. If you have the fund, get both. If not, start with #2.
 
Would you mind explaining the use of each kind? Or be able to direct me to a past post about that? I've looked around but haven't found anything like that
