"Advice for a newb"
#1
Hi, I'm new on this site and looking for some advice on what program to follow for my situation.

I'm just under 7 inches length and around 4.5-5" girth (still have to measure properly).

I want to be 8" long and 6"girth. I have limited time (work, school, and I live at home) so I'm looking at ordering one of those rings of power. I try to stretch daily and jelq, but I don't get much jelquing in, maybe 5 minutes.

any advice as to which routine/ devices/supplements would be best for me?

I'd highly recommend DLD's Newbie routine. It's posted in this same forum. You need at least a 30 minute dedicated daily routine to see good results. Welcome aboard!

Still said it all. DLD's newbie routine is the best for you because you can do it like in 30min and it provides enough work to kickstart some really good gains and it also provides a solid base for more advanced exercising afterwards. Good luck.

Also, another good thing a lot of newer guys dont realize, is that many ...not all, but many new guys see a LOT of gain their first few months with a well structured, and dedicated routine.....like DLD's newbie routine. You could gain an inch in a few months and decide that's enough for you...or, continue onward. DLD's newbie routine is the way I usually advise guys just starting out. Dont let the term "newbie routine" fool you either, it's a great program. It gets you set up on all the fundamental exercises and will help you make your first gains.
