im about to order my SizeGenetics extender and Bathmate, i was told i can incorporate these 2 into my workout routine. But im barely on the 3rd week of phase 1, adding these wouldnt be too much? I workout 3 days 1 off 2 on 1 off. And how often would i use them or where in the day would i put them in? Thanks

Both the SizeGenetics and the BathMate can be worked into the newbie routine very easily. Let me know what you are doing for a routine right now and I can advise you on how to add these things in.
 
definitely a size genetics can help out a lot that would help whit better easier gains,i would say that stretchings sometimes get me bored but i can feel the inner penis coming out..........
 
3 days on, 1 off, 2 on 1 off.

upon waking: warm up/stretches and jelqs back to back/warm down
Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each listed below
1) Pulling straight down: Once at maximum stretch hold for 30 seconds
2) Pulling straight down to the right: Once at maximum stretch hold for 30 seconds
3) Pulling straight down to the left: Once at maximum stretch hold for 30 seconds
4) Pulling straight up: Once at maximum stretch hold for 30 seconds
5) Cranking Rotary: Once at maximum stretch hold straight in front of you crank or rotate your penis for 30 cranks
600 2 second jelqs

I throw in PC around the middle of the day:
100 quick Kegel squeezes
50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Before Bed: Testicle Health Massage.
 
looks like that routine is going to work and get you gains adding the bathmate and the SG going to be quite effective IMO.Let us know about your gains Good Luck¡¡

You can work your BathMate session into your girth session by following this routine:

5 minutes Jelqing
5 minutes BathMate
5 minutes Jelqing
5 minutes BathMate
5 minutes Jelqing
5 minutes BathMate

This would replace the 600 jelqs you are doing.

I suggest keeping the stretching the same but also try to get in 3 twenty minute sessions daily using the SizeGenetics.
