As of May 20th my routine looks something like this.

Morning:

-20 minutes intense stretching
-20+ minutes of jelqing

That is just to keep the bulge looking nice.

Night

-15 minutes bundled stretches all directions
-20 minutes btc, v, and a stretches (stressing the ligs)
-30 minutes of jelqing


After my nightly jelq I tie a small piece of cloth at the base to keep post Penis Enlargement engorgement until I feel the need to take it off. Usually 20 minutes later.

Any comments are gladly welcome.

This looks like a super workout. I like the dual jelq sessions. What are your stats now so I can follow your progress?

I did like the old routine, however I think I have done some of those exercises to death. Jelqing for the most part. I also came across what might be my key to gains, the Supra slammer. Supra, you rule for that one. I also built a wench to do some light ADS and hanging .

I will think of a routine eventually. For now I am just going to do as much Penis Enlargement as I can.
 
Well, I just busted out the ruler today. And I have gained maybe a hair in length . NBPenis EnlargementL was just a smidge over my past size. I am going to subscribe to the paysite. I owe DLD that, and I owe it to myself. DLD, you are going down in history man.
