How to use your dopamine to fuel your motivation to fuel your work❤️

Motivation happens when your dopamine spikes because you anticipate something important is about to happen. Here’s how it can affect your productivity. The brain can be trained to feed off of bursts of dopamine sparked by rewarding experiences. You create the dopamine environment, and the brain does the rest.

One way to achieve those rewarding experiences is by setting incremental goals. Dopamine will flow as a result of your brain’s positive reinforcement every time you complete a step and meet a challenge.


Accessing dopamine to motivate and inspire you:
  1. Record small accomplishments. A progress and routine thread are vital to creating small goals and accomplishing them in a timely fashion this reinforces you are making progress to the ultimate goal. Having one giant goal will be very hard to accomplish if there is no fuel to get there. The fuel is the small, incrimental goals, with each accomplishment new energy is created and dopamine is released. Want, work, risk, reward, repeat. A progress and routine thread Will allow us to keep you accountable and making sure you are working towards your goal. As you feel yourself making more progress, you’ll feel greater effects of dopamine being released. And remember how this happens! You set a small goal and you accomplish that goal and the reward is a small release of dopamine. That feeling of being rewarded is what is used to make additional accomplishments in the way of gains.
  2. Share results with your Brothers Communicating your results and gains (whether they’re positive or negative) means that others will recognize your work, resulting in more positive feedback helping you reach your goal so much faster. In the praise and recognition of your positive work by your Brothers kicks dopamine into overdrive. But always remember that burst of dopamine is temporary and should be recognized and used to further your gains through effort.
  3. Stay on track with micro-goals. Staying entirely focused on one thing at a time will force your mind into momentum, focusing only on the exercise at hand. Some men find doing girth or length exclusively works best as they can solely focus on one goal, say girth, and once gains are made they switch to length. This helps many who find concentration difficult. The idea is to make the focus easy so the smaller goal can be accomplished. Over time you’ll see positive results in the way of gains (via making consistent steps to your final goal) which, in turn, will increases your dopamine.
  4. Find time to meditate on how great you’ll feel when your goal is complete. A study by University of Michigan professors found that when people could see themselves as they want to be, and believe they can get there motivated people to complete their goals so much faster than there counterparts who did not participate in these visualization techniques.
  5. Boost your diet with dopamine-filled foods. For an extra kick, make sure you’re eating food with plenty of natural probiotics, like yogurt, sauerkraut, milk, cheese, meat protein, fish, eggs, nuts even dark chocolate!
Dopamine has a biological connection to our motivation to achieve. With some of the steps above you can increase the release of your dopamine which will give you a chemical advantage, mentally, keeping you on track with a constant work and reward system. You can increase your dopamine via positive feedback from the Brotherhood, and that happens by keeping involved and consistently updating your progress thread with the incremental progress you are making. Believe me it adds up quickly when you put your all into it.
Ultimately, your effort’s will need to be as strong as your determination! Sometimes the cure for low motivation may simply be old-school determination and perseverance, sticking with doing things even when they are hard and seem unproductive. Sometimes getting over these difficult areas we grow in the way of tenacity and in itself it will create an environment of increased effort to overcome. And when we overcome a difficult situation there is an amazing release of dopamine which can be used again to fuel our ultimate goal. And this is not just about penis enlargement, It will sill over into every area of your life!

Very good points! The small achievements is spot on: it's not like we would be conquering the world every moment, so appreciating little things is important.
It can be about many things, these small things that cause happiness and enjoyment.
Focusing on more simple things can often provide sense of peace. For me it can be making a good cup of coffee or matcha tea, shaving with care ... Basically, little things in a way.
