Hello! I'm currently working on some focused EQ work to see where it will take me and how it will affect my unit.

Edging + Keegels is what i do. But i have some questions regarding towel raises and keegels in general:

1. Is there a sign you should look or aim for to know that your keegel work was beneficial/enough afterwards? Because it's hard to know how many reps etc i should do.

2. How can you possibly know how much weight is enough for your penis when you do towel raises? If the weight is too low, how do you know that?

3. You know when your penis is starting to expand further as the orgasm is around the corner, can you somehow make your penis be like that all the time when you have sex, or at least close to it?
Because my CS is kinda only prominent when i'm at the edge. Would be cool if it was there all the time.

You want to feel fatigue, train to the point that you can no longer handle the weight of the towel and from there you can remove towel and go unweighted even longer if desired. The goal here is the same that you would have at the gym, you want to build up the strength and endurance of the Pelvic Floor Muscles.

As much as you can handle with an erection. The goal is to be able to raise the penis while under weight. So you may need more or less, you will discover this yourself. You can expect to see heavier weight and much stronger lifts as time goes on.

Just slightly off topic but does anyone else get the whole "what are you doing to me" routine when you thrust deep into your girl and then once you bottom out, perform kegels all up in there?

size when i do a strong keegel when i'm 100% erect. It's like i can get my penis 0.1 - 0.2 bigger with a keegel when i'm erect. When i edge i am at this maximal size aswell.
I have to reach PONR and edge to reach this biggest size my penis currently can handle.

this is a natural thing , and edging is the only way you can stay at this point by living on the edge literally , if you muscle are like crazy over strong for your size you can have this throughout the entire erection .

generally you only really get that expansion when getting erection and at the PONR because its expanding to allow safe travel of the sperm and to keep the urethra safe. I hope this helps.

I get the expansion you mean , its like being 110% hard at the point of blowing

Yes exactly. What i wondered was if you can keegel enough to reach this state to make it be like that the entire erection ;)

And also, is there a nice secret to reach 100% erection faster?
I tend to be very nervous and have psychological issues when i am going to have sex or be intimate
with someone for the first time. I'm afraid my penis will not get erect. As my penis is bigger now it takes
more to get to my 100% erect state. Before PE i reached it quicker. What can i do?
Keegels i suppose is the answer to all my problems?

Would be nice if it just blew up in just seconds x)

1&2: I do kegels by feel I dont count them. Try doing slow uli and pumping a good kegel between every stroke you will build up good temporary expansion. try to do it everyday
3: definitely an EQ issue. keep trucking and doing girth exercises everyday you will build up a great stamina and your erections will get harder. Also believe in yourself and dont over due it

the biggest secret to getting erection faster is , unfortunately be as relaxed as possible along with being healthy and good diet etc of course , if your mind isn't relaxed enough and aroused it's gonna take a little longer to get to 100%

and yeah you gonna need to be do millions of kegels a week or something for that , bigger the dick the stronger and harder you gonna need the pc muscle to be. yeah kegels is literally all the answer and being relaxed without pursuing medical routes . just keep up with kegel routine ( as in doing them regularly ) if your routine has like 2 day on one day off , on the day off I really hammer kegels as I know I wont need to do girth work later on which is good advice.

or do your girth in evening , do loads of kegels go to sleep kegel more and do your length work when Pc muscle is tired to help with that then light kegel exercises throughout the day so that when you do girth the next evening you pc wont be as tired for the girth portion then tire it out again before the next length if that makes sense which could be a good thing to do .

I notice it big time, when I'm distracted/have something on my mind my EQ and ability to keep an erection goes down hill

There are other things you can do to help that along too.

I don't want to say "clamping" every single time I post, lol, seems like that lately .. but perfusion pressure during your exercises can help with fullness and EQ, as long as you don't do use so much time or intensity that the exercises themselves (not being completely healed/supercompensated afterwards) aren't what's holding you back. And that's for any type of PE, if you're doing more exercises than you can completely heal from, then it can cause you a lower EQ until you change your program and/or nutrition and let your healing catch up.

Anyway, as an imperfect analogy, when most people breathe in air to their lungs they'll breathe in for 3 to 5 seconds and then repeat the process. But the lungs are really enormous and if you take a giant long breath in you'll find that you can breathe in for more like 12 or even 15 seconds with crazy amounts of air fitting in there and filling up parts of the lungs that most people never use.

The penis isn't quite like that .. but the idea of extra perfusion is there. Using pressure from ULI's or a bit of Clamping, or really -anything- that increases internal pressure of the blood perfusion into the farthest deepest tissues can increase the ability for improved/complete hardness later on during regular erections.

If you're -already- doing mechanical/manual increases to internal pressure during your exercises, then consider whether you might be doing so much of it that you're not recovering completely and it's knocking a bit off your 100% EQ.

If you're -not- doing mechanical/manual increases to internal pressure during your exercises, then definitely try it .. but start slowly and ask questions because several types of girth/pressure exercises written about around here are way-advanced and you can get hurt doing them wrong or too enthusiastically.

Also I can't believe no one else said this yet .. find a cock-ring that you like, which fits without being too tight during erection, just enough of a fit so that you can tell it's doing something when you're erect. Might not seem like much at first but after a few minutes of being erect in it you'll see the 100 to 110% size you're talking about, while the easy occlusion of the unit should make it ok to wear for looong periods of time. This isn't necessarily an increase in EQ (while not wearing the ring), but it'd be a sweet, obvious, and usable increase in Size.

I can also achieve this size when i do a strong keegel when i'm 100% erect. It's like i can get my penis 0.1 - 0.2 bigger with a keegel

I'll leave this thought with you too: Kegels are great for expanding the head of an already erect penis. It's possible to use this during sex to fantastic effect. If your chick/any particular random chick is really responsive in her anterior fornix/deep spot or along the front line, then .. while she's orgasming .. plant yourself where you can rock on the right area and kegel your glans bigger. That seemingly simple thing can trigger off multiple orgasms for her, for what is essentially zero extra effort on your part. Just doing it once and holding it bigger can do the trick (and you'll have like an instant to figure this out). If there's not an obvious extra response then go ahead and do it repeatedly. Both of these increase the pressure and feeling of fullness she's receiving, the second one can also seem like you are orgasming too. For the chick, it's as if they're pretty or sexy enough to have caused/earned your babybutter .. which (unless she's scared of pregnancy or an anti-bodyfluids psycho or whatever) she's naturally DNA-wired to like. So then there's elements of completion, satisfaction, pride, an extra shot of dopamine release, and a subtle positive expectation of improved mood from what the male's hormones do to her body. Doesn't work on everybody, but for those that it does it's a big gain in fun (and your renown) for just a few well-timed kegels.

What i think i have noticed and figured out is that sometimes the exercises i do is more than the healing part as you said. It's not quite balanced perfectly, but enough to make gains.
The exercises itself is more than the stamina routine. If i would work more on the stamina routine with more keegels and add in towel raises, perhaps jelqs i think my EQ would string along with the
gains much better! 1day on girth work and 1day off with Stamina & EQ work, but i have to step up the EQ work.

I have already seen a slight difference by focusing more on the EQ work.


I like the tips you gave me in the end, should try it some day. :)

I do that all the time...lots of fun. Last week doing doggy w/my GF, I got to her cul-de-sac and then started a few Kegels...that's when she said, 'gawd you have a big dick!' I've been training every morning and evening and seemed to have plateaued at 8.25"-8.375" BPEL, so I opted for the LM (through the generosity of DLD and MOS for having a monthly contest) so I'm hoping to blast up and past 8.50" (which was my short term goal for this June) and get to 9.00" by the end of '16. I wonder what she'll say then, lol

Where you at bro? I see you were here in December. I'm almost at 9 inches now (last measurement in 2020 was 8.25).
