Hey,

So if i am focusing on tunica stretching, how do i put them into a stretchign routine? like i kno for ligament stretchign, it is easy, like down, up, right, left, and hold for liek 1 minute.

wat about tunica? like, how many sets of A-stretches an how long do i hold it for? wats a good tunica stretchign routine?

A-Stretches are really only effective for tunica stretch if they are at high angles. A rule of thumb when one is determining if a stretch is tunica or lig specific is this; if the stretch is above your LOT the theory is you are training your Tunica if the stretch is below your LOT thenthe theory is you are training Ligs.
 
Hey DLD,

Which one is better for gains, the stretching of tunica or the ligs? I'm still new to all these techniques and just was wondering which one would be better just for over all gains?
 
this thing jus got relly confusing..

so when you say stretch above your LOT? wat does that mean? like, you jus move ur dick around in a circle to determine your LOT right, so what do you mean above or below? do you mean, if u have a LOT of 8 o clock, if you stretch above 8 o clock, you are stretching your tunica?

an also, wen measuring LOT, dont you pull your dick to the side, an rotate it? so wen you say stretch above the LOT, does taht mean stretching straight out or do you have to stretch in the same way you measure your LOT.

im thinking of doing 3x 10min sets of A stretches per day, i can tell you how it goes if you like?

DLD, this newbie would like to know, is your tunica routine an advanced routine? Right now, your program has 3 phases and I know you're working on phase 4, so where do those exercises fit in?

With the length master, you can do even more advance exercises than the A-Stretch. In my world of PE, the A-Stretch is now old school. We have numerous exercises that can be done with the length master. Buy a length master today and enjoy meaningful discount on your purchase.
