What is that, and how does that work?
They, depending on the harshness of the spray, partially numb the glans of the penis allowing for less sensitivity which allows you to last longer. Back in the day they would contain a legit topical anaesthetic which would cause complete numbness. However nowadays we have better technology and ingredients that don't numb you as much but still allow you to keep going longer.

So a medication that numb the glans? Doesn't sound particularly good to me. I would never use that.

Just speaking from experience, I was a chronic masturbator until I got my first real girlfriend. I fapped anywhere from 1 to 3 times a day until Age 24. Then I started having sex and then cut it back to like 1 time a day alongside the sex. Me and that girlfriend-now-wife have sex very frequently but we both still fap a lot. I haven't had the time recently but for the last 10 years it hasn't affected premature ejactulation for me. When we started having sex I actually got winded faster than it took to cum. I'm more in shape now, but now it's like...
If it's early in the morning I cum WAY faster. But also so does she.
Any other time of day and it's the normal amount of time; the average.
On THC I can last for a VERY long time, sometimes to a frustrating degree.
