Guys, this question is related to A-stretches. I tried it yesterday and I noticed that the penis draws a semicircle due to the hand below it and the penis exit point direction from the body is something like 10-11 LOT. This means that it serves for tunica stretch rather than lig stretch. Because, I could not feel any soreness at the ligs, but the shaft got a good tension. So, is this correct? Is it for tunica or am I doing something wrong?

I get the same feelings when I do them. I cant get any lig stretch from A stretches.

SWM, thanks for the quick reply. So your explanation also supports my guess. So, we can say it is for the tunica.

I'd say so. And a very intense stretch when done properly! I'll break 8.25 bp this month with these!

So, this means you are mainly hitting the tunica and finished the lig work, ok? (I assume you have a low LOT).

I've got a HIGH LOT at 9ish or a little above 9. I'm taking time off from hanging and may or may not return to it. Despite your "LOT" you can make gains as long as you get an effective stretch. When I was hanging I was hanging at low angles....between the cheeks. I dont think you should base what you 'might' on the whole LOT thing. I'm guessing I'm getting mostly stretching in the tunicae or shaft right now.

For me if I pull the A-stretch out parallel to the ground I get more of a ligament stretch, but if I pull it up towards my chest it stretches the tunica more.

Penisology thats spot on.
I got amazing ligament stretching from the 'A' stretches, with the Reverse Kegel applied.
Its a great one to use, all you have to do is adjust it so to hit the Ligs or Tunicae....simple.

But pulling it out parallel to the ground means stretching probably above the LOT. Isn't it? Because penis is bent over your right hand and base is directed to 10-11 clock direction although head is directed to 9 o'clock.
Redzulu:
I still couldn't feel the extra benefit of reverse kegeling while making A-stretch or any other stretch type. Theoretically it's okay, it puts more tension on the ligs instead of PC muscle, but in practice I can't feel an additional force applied on the ligs when I switch to reverse kegel. What's your opinion?

I know what you mean teoman. No matter what angle I do the A stretches at I get NO lig stretch. Not a big deal to me though. I'm getting a great stretch in the penis itself. I think as long as youre getting a great stretch, be it in the ligs or, penis...you will see results.

Guess the 'A' stretch aint for everyone aiming for the ligs.
I get amazing effect when the RK is added, my ligs are really pulled and I mean REALLY.

I would sugggest you try the lazy ass or lay down streches if you want Ligament work and can't get it here with this.
I guess some guys just can't get it.......dunno why.
I have always had the lig pull with the 'A' stretch no probz.

Well, I rarely do the A-Stretch and I think you can easily replace it with the length master rolls.

I would say that is a pretty accurate assumption. Rolls will do much of what Blasters do. Even more if you engage a Reverse Kegel while rolling!
