Hi everyone, I have been noticing that a lot of routines, now days, don't include the A stretch. I was wondering why not? It gives a good stretch. But what I noticed most is how loose and pliable my penis felt after doing them. So I started thinking maybe it could be integrated as a warm up with the bundled stretches. Because it gives a very similar feeling.

I still use it sometimes before my hanging session along with newbie routine. If it worked 10 years ago it still works today bro, penises have not evolved in the past 10 years.

Personally any stretch I do I really don't feel unless it's the __________ if i try really hard. My penis is very conditioned to a hard stretch so many exercises don't work for me. I'm just doing basics with a new technique to get the most out of the stretch.

I love the A stretch! ! I use my wrist or plastic tubing to get extra force, brilliant stretch.
 
I still use it. It wears the fatigues me grip the most at my thumb muscles. I prefer the bundled __________ and another where I reach under my thigh laying down. Both those I can hold for 3 mins. Active A-stretches, I'm only good for 1 and half mins. I love the thigh stretch because it uses the weight of my leg and also pushes my grip down for more support in keeping the grip. Lately I just rotate through those three stretches.
 
Of course, The A-Stretch was created for DLD Blasters and DLD Blasters are one of the biggest length exercises on the net.

I grab a ruler and use that to A- stretch. sometimes it's easier using 2 hands to pull down with more strength than having 1 hand over the wrist.
 
Thanks everyone for replying. I have noticed too, if you role your wrist(don't slide) , you target all along the shaft. It's great.
 
I use the A-Stretch whenever I do DLD-Blasters or do stretches withe PA

I say get a ruler or some stick of some sort to do A stretch or something you can put under. You will definitely feel the tunica being worked but also stretched and it feels so good. You can also do a __________ with this method.

You can use your wrist as well - the poor man's way to A-Stretches :)!

For me the wrist doesn't give me good enough stretch so I use a ruler and use both hands to pull down.

A ruler, sounds a little uncomfortable. I can't break can it?? I use a piece of plastic pipe until my LM arrives that is.

Much safer. PVC pipe or the like, rounded, no edges. But, ultimately get the LengthMaster, aside from the A-Stretch being possible for anyone there is so much more that it does. If there was a Swiss Army Tool for PE it would be the LengthMaster.
 
A and V stretches are probaly the best way to relax your penis after edging and before UJW/extending/hanging.

Get a ruler, pipe, wood piece, or stick that doesn't break

My LM should arrive today !! Had a few issues with customs bur it's now on its final journey to its new home where it will be loved and cherished hsha , ive not been this excited since I was a kid waiting for Xmas 😂

Awesome let us know if you have concerns with it or how to use it. I'm sure you've seen the wrapping and practiced.
