To make the A-Stretch tunica specific the trick is to hold the stretch at the highest possible angle. I do these everyday as part of my stretching routine.

In a completely flaccid state get into the "A-Stretch" or RB Fake arm method. Bring the hand holding the glans as close to your stomach as possible. The highest possible position. One in this position I do 10 sets of these.

Stretch hold for 50 seconds.
 
Do you mean to lay back, pull upwards towards my chest, then stretch it over my arm sort of away from my body?
 
What would be really nice would be to have all these exercises documented in a single "exercises" forum without any other chaff. Each time I see a reference I have to go searching for it throughout the whole site. So far I have outstanding:

RB fake arm method
"A" stretch
DLD blaster

and probably some more I can't recall just now. None of these are described in enough detail in the glossary that you could actually do them. They all seem to refer to each other.

I know it's probably a lot to ask - but maybe something to think about?
 
I am new to this Penis Enlargement thing, but I understand what is going on and I beleive it will work. But I see all these exercises with the "A" stretch mentioned but i have searched all over this site and I cant find a page on the site where DLD or anyone else mentions what the "A" stretch is or how you do it. And it is impossible to do blasters without knowing how to do it. So what is it? Describe it.

Are you saying to do a regular A-stretch OVER the wrist, then pull glans and shaft UNDER wrist toward belly?

Or is it other way around, to stretch UNDER wrist first and then pull OVER wrist towards belly?
 
Correct, these are done at the most extreme angle you can make upward making this a Tunica stretch. Since all the mechanics of DLD Blasters are at work it will prove to bring Tunica gains quite quickly.
 
Yay for a new way to do an exercise in my routine. I wish I could PE 24/7 and get to my goal already lol.

Mos is a brand now. If PE became mainstream, Dld would have a monopoly in his hands. And he would break bread with me because I've been on here forever haha.
 
there is some young guy somewhere out there who has documented all his PE endeavors and progress with vids and pics. he will make it go mainstream. and he wont be afrid to show his face. even TV and newspaper reports who have used PE equipment and reported gains. but with no pics and vids most people dont believe it
 
I never want this to go mainstream. I already have to be the biggest every girl I get with has had. If everyone else starts it'll fuck up my confidence haha.

If it ever went mainstream but I do not see that happening. Most men do not have what it takes to accomplish gains, they lack the consistency and the future vision. I would say that out of every 100 guys we see maybe 30% stick with it to make gains.

Plus it's something people shy away from. Like bodybuilding has become mainstream because guys can walk around, showing their huge muscles, there's magazines, and huge competitions for it. PE is the same as bodybuilding in almost every way, but you won't know a guy does it just by seeing him, and I doubt they'll have dick growing competitions either lol.

I see PE being the most mainstream with bodybuilders, the only thing keeping them from showing their gains is a tiny, little g-string:)

BathMate would have a whole new audience, plus all who are watching would become interested too. I don't see why this should not be a part of BodyBuilding, it is part of the body and it can be enlarged.
