hey people,
this question is for everyone.
think back to when you just came here and you just got started off on the DLD newbie routine. Well my question to you is: What gains did you make from doing the newbie routine? did you do anything extra (addition exercises)? how long did u do the newbie routine before you moved on to more advanced exercising?

I was a big early gainer. I started Penis Enlargement'ing the last week of November, and gained about 1/4 of an inch by January. This was doing only Phase 1 with no alterations. I started Phase 2 in February, and have recently augmented it by doing some clamp work to help with a slight baseball shape and to work on getting an upward curve.

Here's my progress thread. I've been really bad about recent updates, but it should help you see how I went in the early goings.

I've resolved to do more frequent measurments, and depending on what they show, I might go to phase 3 at the end of the month.

The general rule of thumb is to keep on your current phase until you stop seeing gains from it.


Oh, forgot to mention that I'll hopefully be ordering a VTLC tugger next week, and some ball stretching equipment (leather collar and weights) soon thereafter.
