"A question about time..."

Hey folks!

I'm new to this board and I'm starting on the basic newbie programme tomorrow, but before I do, I was hoping that someone could clear something up for me:

Due to a busy lifestyle, I don't have the time to the stages of the programme at the specified times. What I was thinking of doing (as it's really my only option) was doing all of the excercises in one go, ie,warming up then stretching , a short rest of about 10mins, then jelqing etc etc.

I know this isn't the preffered option, but I'm hoping that this won't be of detriment when it comes to seeing gains?

Thanks in advance. :)

Meh, that's what I do. One session always involving stretches and jelqs, and whenever I can get fancy after that with Slammers or try some Clamping or something. But always in one go, I don't split it up throughout the day.

Although I do tend to stretch 'im a bit when I go to the bathroom.

Good luck!

Well that's good, I'm pleased to hear that I'm not unique that way (not that I'm assuming that everyone here sits in their house all day milking the meat, I'm sure you're all busy guys :p).

Thanks for the good luck, hopefully it's the first day of greater things. :)
