Hello brother. Good to hear from you. Being shy from posting?
I have been practicing PE for a few years, and I have a question, I bought a penis extender here on the internet, of excellent quality, rigid base and rods, replacement materials, and a brand that was recommended by a doctor.
Since you have quite a bit of experience under your belt for PE, we'll treat you as intermediate to veteran level.
Since your
extender is a recommendation, I believe I know the brand, but we'll treat it as any other professional brands. We called them flagship models.
My question is the following, I have good penile conditioning, due to the years I have practiced PE, My current routine is basically: In the morning, 5 minutes of warm-up, 10 of manual stretching, 5 of jelquing and 25 of a vacuum pump, warmdown and at night, 2 and a half to 3 hours of penis extender.
Got it. Good to know that you're using aggressive stretches before using the
extender. Most users don't do this and do not fully benefit from the extender.
I don’t know if it’s just me, but with the penis extender, should I feel the same tension as manual stretching or not? Because I literally don’t feel anything, I see that my "piece" is really stretching, however, I don’t feel the same tension as manually "stretching", but it is visible that it is extending, but I don’t feel that "traction" of manually stretching (tension at the base /ligaments etc.), using the extender. Is it normal?
This is a 2 parts answer, and a more likely to be a 5 parts answer to a simple 2 parts question.
When you perform manual stretches, you use higher traction force, roughly between 2.5kg to 7kg without knowing. This is why veteran PE understand how much traction force is being used because of their long experiences with hanging weights. We recognize the amount of weight burdened on our penises. We also encourage new and intermediate PE-ers to know and log their traction force at all time and not to exceed a certain traction force in a given time period. That's part 1.
Part 2 is, when you manually stretch your penis, the comforts using your hands (skin-to-skin) is more comfortable. The stretching force is dynamic as well. This means that you don't remain at a certain traction force for too long. You constantly go from 2kg to 7kg, and your cushions made of skin and muscles provides comforts all the way. The perfect God given friction surface of your skin to skin and perfect cushions. However, you can't grab your penis all day to keep it stretched. Mechanical components can provde that assistance, but they are not perfect. They can't offer dynamic traction all day as the clothing restrict them from doing their jobs. A dynamic system using spring system is bulky. I used one before. It's the size of a 2L stainless steel water bottle. You can't wear something like that under your clothing. The
extender, doesn't matter the brand, has two tension springs that pushes your penile shaft apart at a constant rate. This is where the problem lies.
Part 3, the constant tension pressure. Unlike our own arms and hands, we adjust our traction force needs when the brain detects something. We increase when the penis feels a lack of pulling traction force, and we ease up when our brains detect penile micro traumas or stresses. An
extender doesn't offer that. This constant traction force cannot adjust to our needs, so it constantly creates micro traumas that our penises hate. This includes nerve and blood vessel kinding and compression to hold the extender in place. If you use the vacuum cup type, you constantly place stresses on the penile glans and coronal ridge. Micro stresses and traumas. However, your glans can take more a beating than the shaft since the shaft doesn't have the same protection for the nerves and blood vessels as the glans.
Part 4, the tissue bond breakage. When you do the manual stretches using the dynamic traction forces between 2kg to 7kg, you already broken the collagenic bonds to allow your
extender to work. However, most don't understand that they cannot exceed a certain amount of traction force during long hours of wearing. If you wear 2.5 hours in a day, that's too short. If you wear around 4 hours a day, that's a bare minimum. If you wear the extender past 8 hours and around 10 hours, this is a perfect zone. But this is after you do your stretches. Warnings from medical, cellular, and biological publishing told us not to exceed a certain constant traction force all day. African tribes mastered this for thousand of years and we confirmed this. Traction force must be betwen 800kg for beginner, and the upper limit of 1.7kg. At 1.7kg, you have a total of 60% diminishing return. This means that you're not getting the benefit of wearing the extender. Those who uses 2kg and more of traction force only maintain the traction force less than 2 hours. After than, the traction force must be reduced to around 1.2kg for the remaining hours, between 8 to 10 hours. This is the Goldie Lock zone for growth. Those who only wear it for 4 to 6 hours performed at least 1 hour very intensive/aggressive routine. I've done it in the past. I know how it felt and the functions behind it.
Part 5, the improper post
extender practices. Most extender users only use the extender by strapping it on and taking off. There's a post extender usages that they don't understand in promoting higher cellular growth. Example, jelqing using warm oils, massage the penis to increase blood flow, pumping to expand the girth to promote higher blood flow, using restrictive flow with cock rings to keep the penis nice and plump, using wraps to keep the penis warm and elongated, and keeping available bioavailable materials inside your body through supplements when your penis truly needs it. PE is about 16 to 18 hours of work. It's not just 2 to 12 hours.
I can keep going but I think that's enough for the time being.
