INTRO

I'm feeling on high listening to some good music typing this on the fly so please forgive some of my grammar and syntax. I simply feel like I wanted to share some of my journey with my Penis Enlargement brothers! So I just measured after 2 days off Penis Enlargement as per my personal curriculum to ensure I don't record temp gains. And I am beyond happy with the results 8.75 BPenis EnlargementL and 5.375 MSEG. Weighing in at 205Lb on the scale, weight loss was another of my goals. Eight months give or take a bit and I feel like a I have some general Penis Enlargement potpourri to spread. Firstly though everybody's favorite part about Penis Enlargement. THE GAINS: have been as follows 5/8" of an inch in BPenis EnlargementL and 1/4" MSEG. I've also dropped 10lbs and went from pure flab to having a decent muscle mass.

EXERCISE THOUGHTS

Here I'm going to break down things I've been doing and how I feel about them.

Manual stretching -
Probably some of the best Penis Enlargement period. My hand dexterity is quite weak or I may only do manual stretching for length. I like manual stretching because you can hit any angle you want, apply a deceivingly powerful amount of force, and have
a safe reliable multitask friendly routine. There is also more stretches than you can count these days each more effective than the last. This allows you to switch out and swap in stretches keeping things interesting.

Bathmate/Penomet -
Requires commitment, and a good place to perform but easy and safe. Bathmate exercise is hard to multitask especially if you are stuck in a bathtub, and consist of not doing much actively so I found it quite boring to be honest. While effective at hitting both length and girth in one easy exercise it seems more tedious than spending thrice the amount of time doing something else. That being said I saw good gains and spent my first 4 months hydropumping and manual stretching. Also can cause some discoloration in my experience and can make your Jimmy look bloated and awkward at times post exercise via fluid buildup.

Clamping -
Such a boss exercise. Clamping increases your girth period there is no denying it effective and cheap however, there can be road blocks. Unless you are a real devious-minded or libido-oozing dude your going to have to spend a good chunk of time watching the pornos. This can have detrimental effects such as desensitizing you or pushing you to the limits if your trying to stick to a no fap (sans masturbation) policy. There are also different exercises here: adding clamps, doing bends, kegels, and of course the Frendo's I think they are called. I find clamping rewards creativity and makes the time go by quick. Clamping posses a risk though it can be seen as quite an extreme exercise and injury has been known to occur.

Extenders -
Goodness has this guy tried it all? Pretty much. Anyway my experience with the Size Genetic system has been pleasant. There are many ways of attaching the device and can provide a good stretch, as long as you find something that works
for you. My problems come in when it comes to using this as an ADS device. Listen if you've got an extender in your pants people are going to know somethings up. There is no way to hide these things even if you wear an apron at your job! If I'm having a lazy Sunday I'll wear the bad boy all day in my room (I have a roommate), but to walk around public with it is sheer madness. So if you can wear this freely at home or just don't give a hot damn about strutting your elongated stuff down the boulevard the extenders are nice. Increasingly the tension throughout the day is a very tangible way of feeling growth, and when you feel that stretch you really know it is working.

ADS -
I personally feel that there are three objects of concern when it comes to ADS: Safety, Stretch, and Stealth. Now this may be debatable but in my experience you can have two of these things at a time. Safe stealthy systems have weak stretch potential. Very safe strong stretching devices are bulky and not concealable. While a system that stretches well and is hid easily can often be rickety or leave you in dire straights if you have a surprise boner! With a good stretch ADS in itself could be a length routine but I often lean towards the safe and simple while weaker methods. So I feel I have to combine ADS with a routine of hanging or Manual stretching that reaches fatigue or noticeable elongation.

Hanging -
This routine can be as simple or complex as you wish. There can be pulleys and angles and LOT theory wrap techniques the whole 9 yards hanging 18 pounds from your birdie. I like to keep it simple though never going above 10lbs, relying on
a little bit of swinging to help hit fatigue. Hanging is undeniably effective and renders you hands free, but can be honestly frightening. I feel there is high potential for injury if you get careless. Naturally there are pros that feel comfortable hanging high weight and do it completely safely but the potential is always there remain vigilant.

ROUTINE THOUGHTS

With this said I honestly feel there is no wrong or right routine's, exercises, or devices. Every single thing in the Penis Enlargement world has it's pros and cons, I am happy I've tried a wide variety and never stuck to one monotonous routine. The most powerful routines are one's to combine individual exercises strengths to cover the weaknesses. I've spoke my piece on these exercises, there are more knowledgeable than I though. Anything DLD says listen to for sure, also his write up on SRT is infallible so go read it. If you get bored change something! A semi effective routine is still moving forward, getting frustrated and quitting for a week is moving backward.

INJURY THOUGHTS

I can only speak on the injuries I have endured which thankfully are few in numbers, but to provide a complete testimonial must be addressed. Split fernellum, this occurred when I was younger performing Penis Enlargement, some parts of my penis were growing faster than others. My fernellum became very tight as I grew and split one night when I was enjoying myself. Healing took about a week, I am actually very thankful for this injury which grants me the ability to fully retract my foreskin. Discoloration, this can be very frightening nobody wants a splotchy dark dingus, which is exactly what you may see when you look down. Good news though it is quite unlikely the color is going further than the first few layers of skin . Lightening the routine can have to problem solved. What I did was mix lemon juice and peroxide applying a few times daily. This dried out my skin and exfoliated it so new fresh skin shined through. Lastly I had a big lig pop in the shower one night that left me with a thick swollen vein at the base of my penis, iced it and took about 10 days off and I was good as new. Basically the best method is to avoid injury but when it does arise stop Penis Enlargement completely until you heal!

CONCLUSION

I have seen gains, that brings me great joy especially I worked hard for them not just over these last 8 months, but since I first found Penis Enlargement at age 17 (23 now). I have gotten many laughs reading the forums although I do not post much. And now I feel like I have put a little back into this brotherhood I have received so much from. It is funny although I am quite shy I can be so open with all of you. I hope this post serves to help some people out even if it is only a little bit. Perhaps if it is well met I will start my own progress log, for my journey is far from over.

Awesome read and an honest a frank look at your experiences and the things you have tried. I too have tried many methods and have honed my routine to the most incredible information available, right here in the Brotherhood. I read it all and my mind reals and toils with all the information, my mind eats up research with a great ability to separate, deduce and sharpen the good information from the bad. This all orchestrates into my best routine yet, SRT, but beyond that, this spirit still drives me to refine it even more. The thing that is amazing about the journey we take in the Brotherhood is the inspiration and guidance we gain from all those Brothers, like yourself, really put it out there. Together we all make this home a better place, we all add to the knowledge of the library that supersedes any other in male form and function. Our growth, although immense, we still remain smitten to the grass roots spirit of our family, the MOS Brotherhood.

Started Penis Enlargement at age 17 my very first measurement was 6.75" Penis Enlargement or decent genetics I'll never know.
