Yes I remember posting things like this at PP a year ago *sigh* DLD would answer them and I would know alot more, I wondered what this and that was ... anyways.

The question, I do my ATS Constricted rollers aimed at head size and width.
Now the day after when I push my penis shaft [tunica] I feel a soreness, the chambers feel sore ... they DONT hurt, but feel tender and spongy, more thicker and fuller.

I want vets opnions, and DLD to tell me if they think this is a sign of a good tunica session.....I think it is, but aint sure?

Hell yes it is. Keep it up and some day you'll start making some nice girth gains! ;)

Will I? do ya know when? and sir whats these Red spots on my cock....and the lines and the head is red also? is my dick dead HAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHA dumb ass newbies [no offense to um]

I notice the same thing when training width. I think this stems from the penis being trained horizontally. We grow very used to vertical expansion because most Penis Enlargement exercises revolve around this. Rollers, DLD Bends, Pan Squeezes, Isolated Compression Squeezes, etc all focus on horizontal expansion and this is why you feel more fatigue than with regular Penis Enlargement exercise. It is a great sign especially since you are a vet and these sore feelings are far and between. I also want to say the WIDTH for me have changed the girth and look of my penis more than anything else I have done. I am wider, deeper and meaner than ever.

Hell ya man, thats sounds good, is there any difference between the power jelq and the ATS Rollers?

Yes, ATS rollers use rolling pins....I cant remember exatly about the power jelq???? DLD or some other vet will know more on that, but I know the ATS thing I do is clamp work with rolling the erection out.

Supra,
maybe in theory no...but I like the ATS rollers better for myself. I feel that I have more control with them and can go harder or easier because I'm much closer to the action. With the PJ, I feel that grabbing only the handles I lose manual sensitivity in what I'm doing.

Just grab two dowels or anything like that. Just be sure they're smooth. NO SPLINTERS. I posted before that I use chop sticks (sounds funny). But they are strong, comfortable between the legs (not too long) and also, because they bend a little bit you can go harder and not injure yourself. I do them straight out and also pointing upwards. They feel good. I combine them with DLD bends really slow 30 sec jelqs. And gonna put clamp work into the equation.

I actually used escrima sticks at first, but too bulky. I had the chopsticks in the house. But drumsticks ...cool.

Then stick the bad boy in between and slowly and carefully roll it like you are rolling out pie crust. Slower the better!!!!! Anyone wanna add on??
