I have been looking into different ways of warming up. I have found that using a infered heat source can positively impact the ability for the ligaments, skin, and maybe other parts of the penis to stretch better than just normal heat. It can also help soreness ect. What do you guys think. Have you ever heard or used infered heating to warm up?

1. Infrared heat increases the extensibility of collagen tissues.
Tissues heated to 45 degrees Celsius and then stretched exhibit a nonelastic residual elongation of about
0.5 to 0.9 percent that persists after the stretch is removed. This does not occur in these same tissues
when stretched at normal tissue temperatures. Therefore 20stretching sessions can produce a 10 to 18
percentage increase in length of tissues heated and stretched.

All the research I have read says the heat penatrates well into the body to loosen and soften tissue. And according to the stuff in the article above it say a 10-18% increase increase in tissue length when heated and stretched over 20 sessions. That means 7" would be between 7.7-8.25 ...if it works it would be great. Also has amazing healing capabilities.

Amazing if that way of warming up really works gains are going to be way easier to get!!

Interesting would be great to get one of those devices n warm up whit it.

I'm very interested in this wow. If i can get my hands on one i will want to conduct an experiment :)

Yeah I would not use it long. But people sit in or saunas all the time with no ill effect. I am getting me either a ir heating pad or the light that emits if heat. To use for warming up. I think this may help a ton. I am excited to see what results people will get. Wonder if it would loosen the tunaca for girth also

Idk about price now the research I am reading is it is best to far infered heat ..

A simple heating pad is fine. I got mine at Walmart for $14.

If you buy it don't get one that has a bulb, but instead one that's made from led's. The healing benefit comes of the cells vibrating(led) more than heating(bulb).

I'm assuming you have to buy this infrared device and something tells me that it's not cheap :).

It's often talked about. i don't know how many men actually apply heat every time they hang but I'm sure some do.

Isn't this somewhat common with hanging?
For hanging you can use just a hot wrap (this softens the collagen some). I thought you guys wanted to have increased levels of blood flow/cell proliferation (N.O.,etc.), and for that you need to use a certain frequency of light which is yeah like two hundred bones

IR is ok but I really think the traditional heating pad Trumps it. In my experience there is much more area covered in a warm-up using a heating pad than an IR bulb. Also much cheaper. And if you have a ton of privacy I suggest you wear the heating pad as much as possible as it keep everything malleable, loose and stretchable. I used to wear mine 8 hours a day.

I currently use an infrared heater. I find it helps relax things a whole lot. I've heard though from a massage therapist friend of mine that an ultrasound heater works better at penetrating the skin.

How much was it and where did you get it?
