I have recently found out my GF likes a wider and thicker cock then a longer one. I been searching for some good girth routines but really can't find any. My sizes aren't small ... but she said it really isn't that wide. Just looking for some help here

How long have you been Penis Enlargementing, or are you just starting? If you're just now starting I'd recommend doing the newbie routine, or at least the jelqing part, for 2 months before you move on to anything else. After that, girth busters, super sets, supra slammers and constrictors are all great for girth. Choose one and hit it hard.
 
I've jelqed for awhile now ... would that allow me to do the more advanced things?
 
It drives me nuts how people assume the exercises in the Newbie routine aren't as good or as effective as the "advanced" stuff. In reality the advanced stuff is only generally trickier to do and is not recommended as people would only likely get confused/disenchanted and quit Penis Enlargementing.

The stuff in the NEWBIE routine works. I think we just need to start calling it the SUPenis EnlargementR COCK GROWTH ROUTINE then people will stop trying to skip it !

levista - I agree. I actually went back to the Newbie routine (albeit a bit more advanced) and plan on doing it for the remainder of the summer.
 
There ya go....I think a good number of people should go back and spend at least six weeks on the nebie routine. I'm likely to go back if my head sensitivity problem doesn't get any better. The pulse 110s are killing my head, and I'm tired of having a beat up head, I mean honestly no girl is going to like what they see, they're going to ask, "Are you diseased???" I mean really, come on. The basics are awesome, and will leave your head less beat up, and you'll probably gain solidly if you have the intensity and work ethic. Holla
