Do some of you guys know some realy good Drama's or sad Films with good ending's... you know what i mean.

I havn't watched any films like that with my girl for a long time because i got absolutly no idea what's good on the market. I know a lot of good books but when it comes to films I'm not so "informed" :). It's just i would realy like to watch one with my girl together because books just can't be read together at the same time.

Any ideas or recomendations?

Can even be Films like Forest Gump or Titanic in that direction.

I think American Beauty was a very touching film in it's own bizarre way. Another film that immediately comes to mind, which surprised me pleasantly, was the Butterfly Effect. I'm not sure whether or not it's out on video yet, though. I watched it with this chick and had a very positive experience. Just a couple of suggestions here.

Don Juan de Marco is a great date movie. Not particularly sad, but it's perfect for dates. And it's Johnny Depp.

Talking about Johnny try out Jim Jarmusch's movie Dead man. You can also try out the movie called Magnolia. I enjoyed that one a lot. Frailty is also a good movie but it isn't actually a drama. It has some horror in it. If you wan't some good classic dramas then look for Raging bull by Scorsese. In my opinion it is the best DeNiro's performance. Oh yes also look for the drama called Sleepers with DeNiro. Great movie also.

Butterfly Effect!, Man on Fire, Magnolia, The Pianist,

And if you want to see a funny flick and enjoys black humour, then watch Soul Plane, that one rocks!
