So for the past five years, I have spectated the PE community on and off but never really got into it.

I feel like im at a maturity level now that I can start looking into PE and this site seems to be the best of it's kind and dosen't seem to be selling any scams as there are proven results


I think im 3 inches soft and like 6 inches hard and my girth is not the most impressive.

There is so much different stuff here I just wanted to ask where you guys think I should get started which product should I start out with and if a few of you tell me how you guys got into PE and if you have liked the results?

Im very interested in length but more so interested in girth and being able to maintain a hard healthy erection.

Also just a side question. Does taking protein power or supplements help you make girth gains after jelq sessions?

5,5X4,75 is the average size you are ok in lenght..

A=check the newbie routine,n the SRT,if you can get the BM n THE LM those devices are incredible,i got into PE because i had a 5.2x4.50 or something a ridiculously small penis IMO..now i have a 7.25bpel xalmost 5 inches in girth.


Also just a side question. Does taking protein power or supplements help you make girth gains after jelq sessions?

I have no idea but kegels n Reverse Kegels can help you out whit harder better erections!!
 
First thing you need to do is get some actual measuring done so you can actually compare. You'll want to get as hard as you can and press into the bone from the top. Unless you're weird like me there will be about a half inch difference between the top and a side measurement. Stick to the norm.

For girth you want to be just as hard and measure just beneath the glans, mid shaft, and base. Reason being different girth work will be more effective for some parts than others. You'll want to keep track of all of it. For future reference.

So far as where to begin there's the newbie routine sticky in the newbie forum. Ideally you want to follow that exactly for a good 3 months and see where you want to go from there. Many people gain fairly well with it and are able to continue to make gains with it for a while. You keep using it until you stop gaining, and then move on to more intense work as necessary.

Don't skip the kegels. In fact, I'd say do way more than recommended in the newbie routine. The stronger your PC musle gets the better off you'll be. If you go far enough with it you can halt orgasms or actually learn how to control multiples. It will also boost your erection quality and can grant you that shooting off like a cannon deal with some practice. Very key exercise in really getting your dick to be 100%.

I'm sure you will still have questions, but this little scattershot should offer at least a spring board into the right direction. Plenty of helpful folks around here that should be able to answer pretty much anything collectively.

Measure yourself corectly so you can see where you gained or not.If you " think " you're 6 inch in length but you are smaller,or bigger ,you will get confused when you measure to see gains.

You don't need to buy any product now,stick with the newbie routine.Train 7 days a week.Have a clean diet.Protein powder or any other supplement won't help you in a magical way,but having enough protein in your diet will help you,you can either eat more protein food or take supplements,doesn't reallt matter.Clean diet,lower your sugar,no junkfood,eat veggies,lean meat,etc etc,enough water,you know,clasic stuff.

You can join the MOS Pro-Site to gain access to all the videos. There are also videos in the top of every forum that are free. Also, as suggested, I explain much of this in video on Youtube so you can also get some great info there. I would start with The Newbie Routine but be SURE to read the SRT Thread to get a better understanding of gaining and healing in the fastest ways. It also gives direction to advanced exercise and tools. You will find, towards the bottom of the SRT routine, a great explanation of why and how PE works.
