I posted this on the newbie forum yesterday without any success. Hopefully someone on here will be able to help me. Before you say it, yes, I have searched for the answer but can find no answers...

Hi everyone,

I'd just like to know if it is worth investing in a Penis Enlargement program? I only have Amex so cant get DLD's or Forsize but have seen one called Penis Advantage.

My current workout involves 15 mins of strecthing in various directions for around 1min at a time. Ocassionally I do kegels in conjunction with stretching . Is this any good?

Then I do jelq's with lube for about 15 min.

Finally, not sure what the proper name for it is called but I grip the base and squeeze the head so the shaft inbetween gets really inflated and hold that for about 30 secs. Do that for about 15 mins.

I do loads of kegels everyday. 250-500 quick ones and 100 10-30 sec ones.

I've been doing this for a couple of months and have noticed a slight growth but nothing great. I havent measured or anything.

Is what I'm doing enough to gain length and girth? I need a lot of girth growth. No idea what my girth is but it looks thin. Lengthwise, I'd say I'm around 5 1/2 - 6" erect so would 8"+ be too ambitious?

I'm pondering purchasing some pills . I found one company called Zytodyne who apparently have more ingredients at a higher dosage than others such as Vig-Rx. Has anyone heard of, or can recommend them?

Another more embarassing issue is that I have a hairy penis and balls and would like to get rid of the hair but am not sure how. Shaving would surely be bad as it would grow back thicker, right? And would waxing be unsafe as well as unbearably painful?

Also, is it possible to increase the size of your balls and/or increase the volume of your ejaculation?

Okay well, If you're a beginner you might want to look at DLD's newbie routine which is here around the forums and it's hard to foretell if someone is doing enough to get gains, you'll just have to get to know your own dick and see how it feels, Measure up and if you haven't grown in 3-4 weeks maybe then switch routine or enhance the intensity and time of your routines maybe?

Just keep pulling your dick and it will eventually grow, Read everything you can find on this forum and you'll get some knowledge and get a better perspective on things. Good luck!

I dont know all the answers to your questions but here are some tips from me. Investing in a Penis Enlargement program: it is for you to decide. If you think your routine is not good then you should try paysite. On the paysite you have detailed instructions on what exercises to do and how many. But it is for you to decide. I am a member of Penisadvantage, but I am afraid its all I can say. If I say more I am getting my butt kicked for sure.

As for the routine it looks good to me. Youre doing the routine for a couple of months so youre no newbie anymore. Maybe you just hit plateau and you should consider some changes to your routine. Maybe youre overtrained?
Here are some suggestions. Always do warm up and warm down. You probably do that, dont you. You dont have to stretch for 1 minute periods. Go for 30 sec and make it in all directions. When you are done stretching in all directions slap your penis against your buttocks to restore circulation. Do this stretching and slapping cycles for about 10 min. This is enough. For the good stretching exercise you can do DLD blasters. They are great length exercise.
Then do like 300 wet jelqs lasting 3 sec for stroke
As for the exercise you mentioned I think they are called holds. You are doing way too much in my opinion. Do like 3 30 sec holds every 100 jelqs.
You can do some dry jelqs also in your routine like 100 would be a good number.

Your Kegel routine is looking good. Remember if you think youre not gaining good try and change your routine. Maybe it will jumpstart some new gains.

For the pills I cant help you I never tried them.
I dont shave my pubic hair.I usually just cut them with small sccisors used for cutting nails.

Enlarging the balls dont have a clue.
For the increased ejaculations dont know either but I read that drinking a lot of water may help and also taking some extra zinc may help also.
Hope this info helps a bit.

Your best bet is to rock with my newbie routine and send cash when you save it. MoS is worth it.

It is good but it is better to have a very structured stretching routine that is done daily the same way. This is the only way to determine if the routine is working for you.

Try to do a minimum of 25 minutes.

Sounds like a horse. You may be better advised to stick to a basic routine for a while first before moving on to squeezes like the horse.

Then measure! Slight growth may translate to a large increase in measurment. I know it is easy to avoid the ruler for fear of failure but the best way to overcome this fear is to measure often.

Of course not! With a solid, proper program you can make these goals inside of a year

I can relate:D I am a friggin' bear. I just give myself a light trim around the ears once a month.

Also, is it possible to increase the size of your balls and/or increase the volume of your ejaculation?

So you haven't measured? Measure now, properly, and record it somewhere.

You say you have seen slight growth - the thing is, our eyes are very deceiving. They find it hard to perceive such small changes over such a long period of time. Rulers on the other hand have no such problem - for all you know, you might've gained half an inch already, which is great!

Moral of the story: measure properly, regularly, whilst keeping up a consistent routine. The one you mentioned sounds great. Run it for another month at least, with measuring, to see how it's working for you.
