Damn. As most of you know....cable clamps are the shit.

Well, last night I was going at it with the clamp and the DLD bends and something I haven't tried yet while clamped....Horse Squeezes. Ugh.

I also tried doing the DLD bends downward, like most people here seem to do. Well, I think doing that was bad for me, plus combined with the intensity of the Horses, I ended up with a disgustingly fat donut on my cock...right under the glans.

It has since deflated a bit and now it's a big puffy boil-lookin' thing on the left side of my prick right under the glans. It's painless, and just some fluid build-up, no discoloration or anything. I got this wonderful itchy feeling all over my dick. That could just be 'cause it's cold and my skin gets dry. I dunno if it denotes gains although a lot of the "itchiness" feels like it's internal like it should be.

Now is this bullshit donut shit gonna happen every time I train? I mean, I wanna hit girth fucking hard, but if I keep getting these donuts, my dick is gonna end up looking like the elephant man's skull. All knotty and fuckin' knobby and shit....very ugly..like deformed.

I hot wrap frequently to try to avoid this, but it doesn't help. Should I end my workout at the first sign of washed out looking veins? At the first sign of the donut? I started to get it around the 5th or 6th ten minute set, but then I kept going like a dumbass.

I hope my ex doesn't feel like "popping up" tonight....'cause I'll have no way out of explaining why my dick looks fucked up.

So I guess at the first sign of puffyness I should quit the session, eh? I wanna make sure I'm getting in enough quality work, though.

What sucks is I don't wanna train again until this thing goes back to normal, and that could take a whole day off, which would totally suck. I don't wanna just get the shit back all over again.

I know this much, I'll still stretch , that's for sure.

Just give it at least a day at least then ease back into your workouts. You have to remember, you only get one dick so as much as you'd like it to grow you still have to baby it. If you need an excuse say you caught it in the fly of your pants and zipped up part of it. I've never done this, but I've heard its a pretty common and very painful occurance and could fly as an excuse for the swelling or explain why you're not in the mood.

Oh no way...I'm NEVER "not in the mood" to fuck my ex. I think I still love her or something.

Yeah, as for my wonderful donut...it went away already, so of course I wanna Penis Enlargement tonight, but I'm not sure of what exercises I'll do.

I think jelqing will just make the donut come back, especially since I don't jelq that much anymore, and that just pushes the blood right into the problem area.

I don't wanna do the workout I did that GOT me the donut in the first place...at least not yet. Maybe I'll save that for tomorrow. But tonight??? Hmmm...

Just stretching doesn't seem like enough to me. Maybe a short pump session? Or will that just give me a donut too?
