Last night, instead of 300 jelqs, I did something different. Every 10 jelqs, I did 10 kegels while holding a jelq. I was firm, but not overstraining anything. It felt really good after that. Took me a long time to do, 'cause I kept it somewhat slow. I believe I'll be able to build up speed as I go. But, I just feel better about it...

Great man, that's what it takes. Occasional re-evalutation of your routine. Saying things like "how can I improve what I'm doing?"

well, my third night of this routine...

Warm up - Electric Dry wrap thingy (5 mniutes)

Stretches - 3 sets of the following:
- down stretch (1 minute)
- down-right stretch (1 minute)
- down-left stretch (1 minute)
- straight up stretch with ball stretch down (1 minute)
- ball and lig stretch reversed (1 minute)

Jelqing - 500 2 second jelqs. Every 10 I hold one jelq for 10 kegels
- 300+ more jelqs thereafter

Warm-down - Wrappin' it up in the elctric blanket thingy again for 10 minutes...

I feel a lot more girth out of this then length ... I'd like something much more focused on length ... big time. Advice? Please?

(I'm weary my penis will look like a big fat cylinder... like 7 length with 7 diameter if I keep it like this... just a feeling, though)

Have you ever considered hanging ? Bib hanegrs are back in production, but only for a limited time. If you even think that you're going to hnag later get a Bib .

If you don't and then you do decide to hang you will kick yourself in the head for not getting one!


As for manual Stretch every day and do girth work every other day.
