been doing a little bit of traction device but mostly Manuel hand stretches try to do it once a day for 25 minutes but I am going to start doing twice a day.
3 months and getting 0.5in gain, not bad at all. It's a well deserve gain and good cementing for permanent gains in a few more months. You keep going, you'll keep gaining. Great job!

This is not a sales pitch. All my gains was with manual stretches. (I define stretching with your hands with LengthMaster 3, broomstick (cheap man's PowerAssist) or Power Assist 2 as manual stretches!= HANGING).
First just my hands, then a broomstick ("click" on link to see a picture) and then with LengthMaster 3.
What I want to say is that bundled stretches will produce faster and more solid (cemented) gains, because when the tunica albigunea is permanently loosen up it will not go back. The best way to loosen up tunica albigunea and the other tissue/structures is with bundled stretches.
The growth is insane.
