I am doing this workout everyday. Hoping to increase girth dramatically with a little of length . Im 7 right now in bone pressed length but i need girth because girth is a bit more crucial to satisfying a women bettah.

So.....

I would like some feedback on my routine because i really want to maximize my potential in this program. So please can people tell me how they feel about my workout and wut could be added/removed.

i reciebed the answers to my questions and included the horse squeezes into it. So its going fairly well. hanks guys. So now im doin dry jelqs and Uli's in the morning. And Wet Jelqs, Dld bends, and horses at night. Thanks guys. Hope for he best.

i changed my routine dramatically as u can see:

Now 7. erect length

5 erect Girth (middle)

Goal 8 bpl

6 BPG

Workout every other day.

1)20 min jelq

2)dld blasters A stretch



Routine:

mon- Jelq, tue- Stretch , wed- Jelq, thurs- Stretch , Friday- Jelq,
Sat- Stretch , sun-- REST

Start date: 6-16-03

Next measure date: 7-17-03

I'll post my results soon enough.....

My routine changed since Wed 6/18/2003:

My Routine is now only composed of the A-Stretch with DLD blasters and The Girth Busters.

before: 7 bpfsl
Now: 7.5 bpfsl

Before: 5 middle shaft bpG
Now: 5.375 bpG

Its only been three days and i already have been seeing results. I will continue to post weekly for you guys.


P.S. -- My Routine is everday:)
