If I order 1 device 1 day and a few days later order ANOTHER device above, does this mean I can submit 2 rebate claims for $25 since they were purchased at 2 different times?

You receive $25 for each tool. If you order 4 you get $100 cash back, 3 you get $75 cash back, 2 you get $50 cash back and 1 you get $25 cash back.
