Hello,

I am new to posting here, but have been looking around for about two months, and ordered a Bathmate 3 or 4 weeks ago.

My problem is I started out with the Bathmate at 172ish, and now I can max out at 183ish, but I have tried to measure my penis to see if I'm gotten in gains at all and its not the the same length anymore, but smaller. I started out at an average of 6.8 (6.75, 6.8, 6.95) and now I cant get past 6.5, could this be lower erection quality or over training (5 on 2 off)? My penis looks like its fully hard and feels that way to when measuring. Thanks for your help guys!!

Have you put on weight or are you measuring in a different way? if you measure legs together your fat pad is deeper, legs apart the fat is stretched further so there's more visible penis. I generally thing its better to measure bpel as it's more consistent.

Yeah I do think that I had my legs together, which would make sense, thanks for clearing that up for me I think I'm gonna go bpel from here on out. I have also increase my girth from 5.25 to 5.5 in the almost 4 weeks, measuring on sunday my second day off.

You have suffer EQ from growth. If you think you're not getting as strong EQ than get more aggressive with your kegals.

Do you mean just do more of them? I also don't know if I'm doing them right, its just kinda pushing more blood into the penis with inner muscles? I kind of feel it move up from the bottom of my penis behind my balls, is this right? Thanks!

This picture might help describe what you are trying to flex.

DLD has a more comprehensive work out in his newbie routine and double to numbers but you can do 400-500 a day and call it a win.

Good picture. The thing that men nee to understand is that there is no real way to isolate any single muscle in this muscle group. Starting at the middle part of your abdomen all the way back to the sphincter the muscles are interconnected an when flexed the entire group flexes. Isolation of any particular part BC, PC, etc. could be accomplished through different body positions but you would need to experiment. The point is, when you do kegels the entire system is getting a workout.

I actually use my pump time to kegel. I think the Bathmate gives great resistance. I get about 400-500 in at that time. I am like you. Started at around 17 and getting a little past 18 now. Today after my session I was getting 6.25 EG mid shaft for several hours. When I am normally about 5.75 mid shaft that is pretty good.

Aha! And you get the total weight of the Bathmate against the kegel. Brilliant! That gives me a great idea that I will post!

Yes and try different positions. I feel I get a better workout sitting in the tub. I think sitting may restrict some of the muscles so I don't use so many helper muscles. I mean you are stuck there in the pump anyway. Might as well take advantage of that time and get your kegels out of the way LOL. You can get a lot of fatigue this way. I do sets of about 130 at a time. About the 3rd to 4th set I get lots of fatigue LOL
