I have a theory but want to hear peoples opinions. im 4.00 flaccid and when I do 1 hard strech downwards I go to 4.5 flaccid. Does this happen to anyone else????
When doing this it couldnt be the work of the ligaments being streched... It would be the tunica.
So if this happens to some people maybe their best thing to focus on would be tunica streching
