Felt like I might have been overtraining, so I just started a different program. One day on, one day off.

For example

Monday

Girth Am
Supra Super Slammers
10-15 reps

Afternoon
Length

Stretches
A -stretches
Dual fulcrum
stright out
left and right
30 secs each stretch

close to one hour of stretching

PM Girth
Supra Super Slammers
10-15 reps

pm Length (optional depending on how tired ligs are)
a-stretches ( different angles then earlier)
z-stretches (different angles)
30 secs each

30 min to 1 hour stretching time

Tuesday
off completly

wednesday
repeat Monday

Thurs.
off completely


I feel confident in this routine, since I feel I may have been overtrainly slightly in the past. Hitting it hard,
then resting might work out pretty good.

Stats are roughly 5.5-5.7 nbp x 4.55-4.75 girth
Flaccid 4x 4
I'm also using the ring of power all day and taking horny goat and l-arginine before girth work.

Will post my progress and results shortly.
First goal is 6x 5 nbp
then 7x 5.5 nbp
then 8x 6 nbp
then 8.5 x 6.5 nbp
