When did you gain the most, when you took rest days or when you PE'd everyday with no rest days

I never took rest days and in my first six months I gained 2 inches in length and 1/2 an inch in girth. The only time I really took rest is if I was so sore I could not work or there was a time I had an injury that prevented me from training. But outside of that I trained every single day.
 
dld after 2 inches what did you do to get the other 2 plus inches and how long did it take you

2 inches in my first six months, another inch after two years and the final inch after a decade. Today I only maintain and do PE to invent exercise, tools and routines. Over that decade I also gained 2 inches in girth
 
Such amazing gains. Those first six months surpass my top goal if i managed to mirror it. I’d like to gain 1.25 total, already made my first .25 in 3 weeks, 1 inch to go. SRT all the way, boys

SRT is the way! Nothing faster, nothing safer, nothing that can even come close to the brilliance that the brotherhood created that made SRT possible. This was a 20 year collaboration that created the best PE routine ever.
 
Damn, 5 to 6 hours? You basically just did as many rounds of stretches and jelqs until extreme fatigue and then woke up the next did it again right?

You know very well that you won't be able to put in that much effort. Your best bet is to use a length master for 1 hour daily and do girth work for another 1 hour daily. What DLD did is rare and I won't advice anyone to take that route because you will surely fall off the routine. Girth and length exercises combined shouldn't exceed 2 hours.
